Making Money Online – Stop online money making!!!
(For time being)

For how many times I have heard about this Internet business, making money online, business money online, etc. So are you really serious in making money online? Well, it may sound like a kiddy question, if anyone would have asked me the same question regarding the blog post which I have started I too were to get a little annoyed, and why not, in the times like today, any one would strive to earn money by whatever means especially when it would come easy way. My career in making money online, a professional money maker you can say that goes back to the year 2000, when internet was still to reach the remotest places of the world.

It doesn’t take much to start something of your own online which will reach people to the isolated places of the world within minutes unless you are on the right track with the right networks, looking back at the times when I started I can now understand what a little step in the wrong direction would have taken me to a hell lot of trouble. There have been a few things which I did and those were successful in getting me here today, the one thing that I would like to share with you guys here today is the fact that I dint ever try to make money online when I started out nearly a decade back.

Make Money Online

My only aim when I started was to make something huge, a resource which people can use, an informative platform which would be famous all over and people could listen to me without paying anyone anywhere. I gave my 100% time and effort to reach to this position today out of a sheer hard work and focused on the main aspects like what people would like to read or what they want to know, latest updates in any field, etc. I decided myself that it would be very huge building a platform for a huge audience where people could come and share and suggest. Once when I headed out, I saw people pouring into my blogs and they started to read my blogs on a regular basis, there was this point where I thought I could make money online, I had enough of resources then and I thought I have this potential in me to light the lives of people so I solely dedicated all my time in building my blog in to still richer material that I could get my hands on. Its not that everybody’s story will go similar on my lines, how many people have you come across who said that they started their site just for fun and how many of them were really successful in making it huge, it sounds to be way to common, lots of people would tell you its not easy, etc, etc.

But with my experience and dedication towards my work, and my objective of serving a society in whichever way I could in terms of blogs I have reached the inner depths and won their hearts not just for making money online, it was my passion to create something huge, a common platform for all which would encourage young writers to show their talents to outside world and also for those intellectuals who are waiting to share their vast pool of knowledge. It gets a wee bit interesting here, in my career in this world of blogs, many people have shared their knowledge, their experiences, some people had some lessons to learn, there was one thing common to all, the people who started the blog with the intentions of making money were not as successful compared to those who had no intentions of making money online at all, now this has one logical reason behind it, everybody has different aims and targets in life to achieve, for some money would be important for some it would be their own inner passion to achieve which is important, when you target earning money online you focus your whole and soul into just money making and not the content you would be putting over the sites, I think you get my point clear here, the money gets in the way between you and your achievements. You dedicate your valuable time, meetings, etc. in just focusing on ways you could get money online in this stage there are good chances that you might feel negligent on what you are putting on the site and as a result if your content is not good, how is it going to pull the crowd in to read it?

If you feel you can directly get a 6 figure check while running your blogging site, you are sadly mistaken, it takes real efforts to build a site and make it loved by people. if you are thinking just the money online aspect it is going to fetch you no good in future, instead of asking yourself questions like how fastest money would pour in or how I can become famous in short time you should be asking yourself questions like how am I going to get the site that people will love, what type of topics people would love to read, how can I create a site which is user friendly and is suitable for people of all age groups to log in and surf, etc. if you create yourself and earn yourself a niche of a good blogger you can attract much attention then you can really think of.

This is one important thing you should make note of and that is what really matters when you are just a starter in the field, I don’t say that you should not have this intentions or aims of making money online but that should be your long term objectives. Your only aim for now should be that of the ways that will make you popular over Internet and people should start loving your topics, your style of talking to them, how often you interact with them, etc. first reach a point where you would be assured of good returns, unless you are very sure, concentrate on your content and try to give your audience the maximum you could give in terms of quality. Now you had say, this is the silly thing I am talking about, you might have seen people concentrating on money aspect from the very beginning and they might have been successful in pulling the crowd too and making good money from the very start but I had rather term them into minority group as there are very less chances of you getting to the top in just few efforts to be very sure of success its better to start from less and not expect too much from the audience.

I had rather see you in the majority group then the minority ones as there are very few who have their luck set straight and getting wonderful outcomes, there are cases which I have seen that people’s site who take off under good signs and start making handsome money too, don’t run too long with same type of money either the site have closed or its just any site, their growth is hindered by sudden success, so as a good adviser I had rather suggest you to follow small steps at the beginning and concentrating on the ways that your audience would love. The whole discussion that I have had with you states just one thing that I want you guys to follow is to stop making money online and you will be happy to see the results, when you don’t expect you don’t feel nervous for anything that you failed to achieve, there comes a stage in everyone’s life where it reaches the peak and yours will come too, when you reach that point of confidence that now the money can pour in, go ahead with your money making plans.

Engage yourself in the ways that you can make your readers busy in your blogs, focus in your content what you are writing, don’t forget to reply back on the comments your readers have put in, if suggestions go well you can change the way they have put in, give a little big of your time and effort and try to make it big without expecting money. Reach a point where you feel, that your readers are solely in love with what you are writing, check for the number of readers that log in each day, there should be at least 50% of the crowd that comes to your blog regularly to read, that should be your target for now.

Many people are of the opinion that when you are already in to a corporate ladder why you need a resume, after all resumes are meant for those seeking jobs in a company, some may say it’s a thing of the past and yet many freelancers are of opinion that they don’t require it at all. Although the fact is that they are many more advantages of a resume then you really think of, a Resume is a personal database which states your experiences, your qualifications, your achievements, etc. it’s a quick profile which your employers or clients can see and decide on the future of dealings.

There have been lots of debates happening here and there, arguments over whether resumes are a must or are they really needed for any assignments, from my point of view, as an experienced person I had say you need a resume if you really looking to impress your clients and for all those of our freelancer friends I would like to state that they Write a Resumewould require them to apply for gigs. If you are having a fully fledged resume with all the details about yourself and the company over your website then its more likely that your clients will get interested in you and may go on to read more on your website. There have been many freelancers who are of the opinion that if their businesses are well built they don’t need any such documents to persuade their clients but having resumes helps you to build your reputation and helps to set your own brand, having a professional resume over the site is of great advantage.

New times have bought new changes, the way we write a resumes a decade back were different than what today’s resumes demand and many of our new age free lancers don’t understand the new rules of writing a resume there are many tricks to write a resume through which your clients would be attracted towards you, I have stated some of the methods through which you can learn to write a very powerful winning resume. If you are having experience in varied fields then state them as your interests and that you are capable of multi-tasking in development, design, programming, etc. as a company person you can also state the services that your company provides and the objectives that your company has achieved. Once you have made your aim to write a refreshing company profile, adding your qualities there is one thing you can add up is to add some important key words regarding the work you do.

You must have seen many a company profiles which includes the key words that are most sought after in search engines, this will help you to rake up the demand on famous search websites. You can include all those services you are serving and other new items which you have included in your company sales, etc. the applications and technologies that you are using in your company may be a good indicator to your clients regarding the work that you are doing.

One very important thing to note here is may whatever you write or wherever you write whether on blog or company profiles or ads or emails, write in as a third person. You can leave your comments or suggestions.

Looking for work but don’t want to look Desperate

As the world is getting more globalize, it has created more jobs for the people especially for the ones with specific qualifications, if you are in any particular field, say IT, then there would be sub categories in that field and professionals are trained to specialize in those sub-categories, such is the market demand for professionals, we see people are being sent to different nations for training or job purposes or called over by companies for temporary purpose, etc. As today’s market are more demanding, the rules have become more stricter but at the same time there have been lots of manipulation happening all over, you never really know if the company exists at all, who is calling you abroad to join in their workforce. Recently I came across a thread over Internet where there was a special topic on how to ask for referrals to your new clients, it is true, whomever you do business with, you never really know the reputation unless you have heard of them before, there have been many such instances, where people feel a bit hesitant especially dealing with their new clients, what if they are offended is a big question?

People are often stuck in a similar types of situations where they really don’t know where to stop, what to ask for, and when to say? Given below are some of the points that might help you overcome your stigma, perhaps learning from your weaknesses will help you out to stand out from the crowd, don’t get desperate when you are looking for a job, or asking for any client’s information should be the norm.

  • Choose the best time – as you understand the importance of time you will know how to get things by speaking at the perfect time. You have to have in your mind the things you want to get done to sell your products. There was this one very interesting incident which happened recently at one of the dinner parties I had been, there was one lady guest here who was designing beaded necklace and before any one knew it she was out displaying her designs and went on her sales pitch to sell her neck pieces. She obviously had some good collections personally designed by her but this was not the right time when everybody had come to meet each other, she dint sell anything that night then. In similar cases, if you feel that you strongly need to sell then most you could do is to ask for their business card and contact them later.
  • Be proactive always when you are dealing with your clients that will help you in longer run. Don’t just dig into your client to set up a new client network instead you can suggest your friend about the requirements in office if you come across one. Or you can drop a congratulatory note for your client’s wife who has just delivered. If you hit upon an interesting articles you can forward it to your friends and let them know about the new network. Try to build up the goodwill with them and later ask for favors you want to get done.
  • Don’t settle or compromise for less, I know you have longing so long for work but that doesn’t mean you have to do everything and anything, resist the urge to say your would be employee that you can do anything for them. For supporting yourself for a while the least you could do is to start freelancing that will help you financially till the time you get some good job. If you are a true professional you will get the job you have been looking for, many people out of desperation start doing jobs they actually don’t want to do when they are having much more qualifications. You don’t need to beg for the job that you want, talk to your employee what specifically you are looking for, join social networks where you will meet people and they might help you join the company needing you.
  • When you are talking to the company officials don’t get bogged down by too much requests like “can I have a little time of yours” or “I hope it isn’t too much I am asking for”, etc. no one is bound by any obligations to help you, its up to the people whether they really want to help you in what you want to achieve. Don’t make your clients or friends feel awkward to tell you NO for the request, it can be possible that they are really busy or cant take out time for you.
  • Don’t forget to show gratitude towards what someone has done for you, don’t forget to thank them. Your clients will appreciate you for giving them a creative thank you there are many ways through which you can thank your clients. You can send them a cake during their birthdays, or sent out a holiday tour voucher, or shopping vouchers, you can also show them gratitude by returning their favors this way you can maintain good steady relationships with your clients and also the business partners.

When you are out in the market for selling, you would not always get a good deal you may have to hear a “No”, which probably may dampen your spirits, but when you are in a global list of sellers such things are going to come your way. Like I earlier said, you can feel the pain but no one can do anything about you, and sometimes you yourself cannot do any thing about it. There have been lots of experiences in my life which I would term as natural ones, I have many times got a “No” for a sale and in between I sometimes got some “Yes” too. Today businesses have got much more exposure than it got a decade back and markets has shown positive signs towards its growth.

You can well imagine how it feels when thousands of people turn you down; one stage comes in life where you are totally careless about the outcome and you are fearless like never before because already you have gone through the bad phases and now you are bold enough to face anything in life and you might have few occasions in life which you would have thought would never happen in your life like meeting CEOs of some multinationals and there can be a possibility to strike a great good deal. Now this is from a long term point of view, for now you will have to start talking to people on various modes like phones, emails, conferences, personal selling, etc.

Now such efforts are not working out, then you can start putting your ads in google or some famous resource where you will get noticed. You can start putting your profiles on various networking sites which will let your business get noticed, go out and meet out people and get your products selling in market through clients, business colleagues or prospects.
