People often miss out on health quotient when it comes to professionalism but I have one question to ask, “for how long can you go on like this?” if not today some days, or years later you will have to slow down or stop to improve upon your health to be ready again with your work. I really wonder how people working on computers day and night can miss out on simple ergonomics? It is the work that keeps them stuck or something else, some people knowingly don’t pay attention to their health and yet some destroy their health unknowingly, where do doctors go and how much they are going to be with you, at least not 24 hours in a day. If you are an individual on a constant go and don’t have time for yourself to attend to your body needs then this article is for all you, take some serious steps to preserve your healthy body, its more precious than your money. Both business and your health are inter connected, unless you take proper care of your healthy, you wont remain fit to do further work for a longer period of time. Many discourses that I attended, relating to management talk about managerial skills as well as the importance of keeping your body fit, as it’s rightly said, “Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body”. Keeping your body fit is not difficult, just by having right nutritious food and exercising on a regular body you can escape from any diseases or ailments. Companies need not just brains but even body to work for, keeping your body parts active will help you in longer run. Below are some of the worst eating habits that will stagnant your professional as
well spiritual growth:
- I have often seen people skipping their breakfast; it is one of the most important meals of the day. Morning is the time, when your body is totally empty and to boost your metabolism its important to eat regular breakfast that includes fresh fruits, cereals, nuts, etc. When your stomach is full, you don’t feel lethargic at work, try eating daily healthy breakfast for one wee

k and see your productivity grow manifold. There are many reasons that results in fatigue, dizziness for not having your breakfast and we often see people losing their temper often. The people who skip their breakfast are often seen munching on any junk food item they come across, this happens especially because they have skipped their breakfast and the hunger pangs drive them crazy and so they eat whatever they have their hands on. To have healthy mind, experts suggest eating high protein breakfasts to maintain the weight.
Your body eats what you allow inside your body so it’s up to you to make your body’s immune system strong or weak. If your body is healthy then you work healthy and your productivity increases, meet me in my next blog to find out more about food items to be eaten for breakfast.

I used to wake up at 11 am and skipped my breakfast for lunch. But I have changed my sleeping habits to waking up at 6 am since 3 weeks ago. I’m happy to claim that I feel healthier and more productive now ^-^.

Andi : Waking up early is always useful in long run. I get up early in the Morning at 5 & do lots of Meditation for around 30 minutes. As soon as that is done i complete all my Email work & reply to around 30 – 40 Emails which i get on daily basis for starting some or other new things. These days i keep getting new offers from various bloggers to see how can we help each other to grow bigger. All of this work is done by almost 6.30 in the morning which helps me to do hell lot of research for rest of my day and keep starting new things at regular interval.

Great thoughts on sleep contributed.
Thanks for the great breakfast write-up. I just wanted to emphasize the “healthy food” part of the note; thanks for the particular mention about protein. A true whole grain breakfast w/o a bunch of empty sugars would be best.
Also…even if you eat and sleep right you may have a tendency to eat comfort foods. I’m sure that I’m not the only one to eat for comfort occasionally. Anyway…if you do, make it light on calories or be sure to count it as a meal. Be fair to yourself;)

Great post. Actually, I’ve recently moved from corporate world to a full-time Internet marketer and I was concerned because I do not have much will power when it comes to eating the ‘right’ food. I usually skip my breakfast…and I know it’s going to affect my health bigtime. Thanks for reminding me…what’s important in life.

This is the most important article I’ve ever found. Since health is #1 above all. Wealth without health is nonsense. In fact sickness is what we eat. Thank you very much for the precious advice….I will keep this in mind forever.

Excellent post!
I am SO guilty of skipping meals when I work. And I do notice a sharp decline in energy when I do so.
Your post has really helped me in checking what I eat for my breakfast every day.
Thanks.

I had to comment after the breakfast part. I’m terrible at this, I tend to skip breakfast completely, only really eating again at around 12:00 – lunchtime. I guess I need to look after my breakfast regularly. Thanks Dude.
