Before you launch you new blog, it’s quite valuable to have number of posts written and have it in your drafts. This will help you to focus on other important things during the initial weeks of the launch.

The major problem faced by new bloggers, however, is the content they need to start with. Let me inform you, the initial posts are quite important to create a new space in the blogsphere. Here are some tips on how to get started with your new blog’s content.

1.    The Introduction Post

Although you must have mentioned about yourself in ‘About Me’ page of your blog, it’s quite important to start with an introduction post. Mention every thing about you, and the reason why you started this blog. If it’s for money, there is no harm to inform your readers about it. The more transparent you will be, they more they will admire you.

2.    The Main Topic

Main topic is the theme of your topic. You must start with posting few initial articles actually defining your blog’s theme. For instance, my blog is all about blogging, and how to make money from it. So, I wouldn’t start it by posting 10 articles about wordpress or comment baiting. It would about the blogsphere, how to start with it, it’s usefulness, and few amazing tips.

3.    Best Posts

It wouldn’t be quite easy to start with writing best posts. Bests posts means the kind of posts that are circulated around the blogsphere. The ideas of these posts are admired by people on social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter.

Here are good way to create such posts. Get straight to the point. Explain the most important things, and reveal something unexplored. It would definitely be a difficult task especially with no previous blogging experience. If you are, however, proficient in your area, you would definitely know some secrets. Reveal them.

4.    Series Articles

Series articles are those which we write in many parts. If you are quite confident about the content, start with a rocking ‘Part 1’, and have numerous following parts. This will give your readers to return to your blog right from the beginning.

If you haven’t planned about how you would go about with your blog, you will have to consider your post frequency, Search Engine Optimization, Web Design, and so on.
