Blogs are the best sharing partner of the person. The Bloggers are free to write everything they prefer, but if you write professional Blogs and also the Blogs that are written for the revenue purpose, there are some precautions and also some of the dumb things that should be avoided while Blogging.

web-re-design11There are millions of people who write Blogs. Out of those people, there are thousands of people who make so many mistakes while writing the Blogs. Blog writing must be considered as a serious job and it should be exempted from some of the common mistakes. Here are those most required facts that must be a part of your Blog.

Be simple

The main feature required for the Blogging is the simplicity. There has to be the simplicity as people definitely like the distinctive and flashy topics and designs but they are always temporary. If you are not using the topic and language by focusing the general public, you are not attracting the mass. So, the Blog has to be simple in both the form of site, design and language. The flashy Blogs are always considered as Splogs in a very short span.

It’s a fact that the flashy websites and latest event news can attract more of the visitors, but they are just temporary for some days only. The flashy Blogs are like Girlfriend, they can be liked much more than the wives (the simpler Blogs), but they are always temporary!!

Be Readable

Another thing to consider apart from the language tool is the readability of the Blog. The website design of the Blogs must be readable, the content is the main part of the Blogs and that must be focussed. If your are using some darker colours on the header or on the advertisement brackets or even the background you are choosing as the darker shade, you are making troubles for reading the content.

Remember, the font size and the letter type is more important than anything in the Blogging Industry. The first time visitors might get attracted by the layout, but if the content is not clearly readable, even the best layout could not stop them quitting!! People come for the information and knowledge, not for the designs. So, make your Blog more readable and eye-catchy then the layouts and design.

Be Talkative

While writing the Blog, you must be aware of the fact that you are talking with the readers, you are not a writer. The prime difference between a Writer and Blogger is that the writers write what they wish and feel, while the Bloggers write what the readers should feel!!

So, the focus has a drastic difference although the ultimate job is the same. So, focus on the readers and also make a friendly conversation with them in Blogging. Blogging is an art to attract the people by the way of internet talking!! So, be talkative and use the talking and conversation language in the Blogs.

Be Smarter

The Blogger should be a smarter person as he must be aware of the taste and preference of the people. The online queries should be checked every time to get informed that which topic can hit more digs. Also the conversation on the Blogs should be done smartly as the visitors must feel the heat that you want to produce in them. So, have a short enough and smart enough language in the Blog and also present them in a smarter way.

The difference between a content writer and Blog writer is the Blog writer uses the punches more and the way of explaining is short enough to maintain the interest. So, all the features of the Blogs are indicating that the Blog writer should be smart enough to perform his job perfectly.

Be Choosy

Blogging is done for the revenue purpose and the one of the highest revenue earning source is the advertise agency. The ads are the best source of earnings for the Blogs, but while framing the ad brackets, it should be remembered that ads are for Blogging and not the Blogging is for ads.

There are so many Blogs on the internet that had plenty of ads in the Blogs and there were no post or couple of posts on the site. So, rather than keeping such foolish things or making the visitors boring by banging lots of ads on their heads, it’s better to be Choosy. Select the best ads and have an appropriate location for the ad agencies. The traffic should be created of the readers, not of the advertisers on the Blogs!!

So, these are the five recommendations from our side that any of the Blogger should keep in mind before Blogging.

The influence of typography on design

Gone are the days when designs used to be just limited to simple graphics or templates, today changing times have bought more innovations and techniques through which designs are developed some are supported with textual graphs and yet others with articulated alphabets. Today designs just don’t sell with a simple paint or a stroke of a brush, there needs to be lots thinking and a theme attached to your designs that will make up a selling idea for a marketer. You must have well recollected the days when your professor used to shout at you for letting loose your typed words while creating your designs for the project, placing an hierarchy is very important for it soothes your design in a prominent manner.

There are times when your creative brain is saying something else while the demands made from your manager is something else and in the end you just let go your wishes and do what your manager says, but that is what client demands, today customers are looking for absolute difference in their ads theme and that of competitors to stand out alone in the market. You must have well noticed how your client asked you to put some words bigger just to stress at that very important point while making a marketing ad, its just all much more than colors or the layout of the design, it’s the text that matters, with professionals in the field typography is in great demand. We all know the importance of ad making, a little bit of mistake can mar your whole project and thus the type treatments should be very carefully done with ease, it doesn’t matter even if takes more time to build a particular advertisements.

typographyNow let’s discuss a few points regarding the logos and its different types that can be used in your designing purpose to state it clear let me give you an example which will make my point more clear, if someone is marketing a product then there has to be an idea behind it that will be named as good as its features lets take the case of the word “diamond red” this word means something that is strong, shining and sturdy, a connotation like this goes well in advertising campaign, not just this it gives a brand impression to the readers or on-lookers.

Now some might feel that this word as I said “diamond red” would not go well in the market, some may portray it as jewelry rather some may take it as the actual meaning what we are trying to say, and yet some may have something out of the world meaning for this, the word connotes a strong combination of the color and something that is diamond like, precious and rare. If we use the word “diamond red” to advertise for a car, the public might simply mean you are trying to sell them only red colored cars, the type faces in ads should be done up with reason, unless you are thinking a smart ad for a smart audience.

There may be different type faces or colors which might be used for the word “diamond red”, and it could be possible that the color red is not used anywhere at all so the audience might feel the grin that something is a miss here, but they fail to understand one thing that the word is trying to portray a feeling of something which is rare, precious, hot as the color red, etc. this is for smart audience to understand and if the ads are done up in a proper way I don’t understand the reason why this ad should fail, it is surely going to click the audience head straight in their minds so next time they are in market, they will understand the product is something which is rare, strong, and forever and of course remembering its hot natured colors.

While you are reading this blog, I have created especially for the starters in the field so that they well understand their future challenges, its very important to study your audience, the way they think, the way they will have an effect on something which is said, etc. when you use words like “sparkling, sharp, diamond, blue, red, beautiful, etc.” remember that it is sending out a strong message to the receivers of the message. When you make use of a proper logo in your ads, the viewer of the ad will well understand the meaning behind you portraying it in a particular manner, the color, the text, the script are of uttermost importance while creating your ads.

TypographyAlong with the text and colors and face type, the layout is equally important as it gives a full meaning to your ads, the background, its color, the theme plays an important role in designing the color and the page. The type treatments are important from a layout point of view as it is going to determine the whole meaning to the ad system. There has to be a focus point in your ads which will encourage your audience to read further your advertisements or get tempted to buy your products. You have to set your priorities while you are sitting for a design, the content, the design, the layout, the face type, the body color is what all matter in creating an innovative advertisement.

Sometimes it so happens, that even after designing fantastic design, color and themes for ads at the end the audience don’t understand, and let them be searching for bits of information, they struggle to find the actual meaning behind your ads so it doesn’t make a point in you giving of so much of hard work, they will rather find other ads which will appeal to them rather than wasting their time in trying to understand what you are saying. Your marketing messages should be straight, with clarity, and the message shouldn’t be messy, if there is something that you will make your ad look complex, or sound complex while reading it than don’t hesitate to omit it after all let going your hard work is much less then loosing your client completely.

When you collect information for your ads, make sure to use the best which you could find, don’t just include all that you gathered for there are chances that you could make your ad look bigger and fatty. The best of information can be used in few lines that will set out a strong and clear message without consuming their time. Using the correct type of fonts, message and design is a strong indicator that your ad is going to succeed in the market and it will create the visual interest in your audience, don’t copy or steal your competitor’s idea that is not going to give you good information in the market.

May whatever be your project, your logo design, the font type, the look, the layout that you are using in logos or brochures or newspapers, set your objectives before setting out on starting to design or making a theme. Create a strong, peaceful and no-offensive message that will set out the world on roll and select the text that is easy to read from a distance too. The most important of them all, the typography that you use will make much of a difference to your ads along with the designing part and graphics too.

A marketing technique used by search engines to help advertisers is known as Pay Per Click (PPC). These advertisers choose specific keywords or keyword phrases that are very important to their website. The “search engine results” page is called “sponsored links” for which advertisers place a bid for a specific position in the area for a better chance for their website to be visited.

pay per click advertisingSimple to set up, but requiring constant maintenance, running an effective PPC can prove to be challenging. When an account is set up it is called a PPC campaign. If not maintained properly, the advertiser can be bankrupted as quickly as overnight. So, to effectively help with getting started in a PPC campaign here are some of the best strategies.

  1. Keyword Research: Researching your keywords and keyword phrases to find out how many are related to your service or product is a great place to start. Don’t forget a group of secondary keywords as well. They may help bring up your rate for sales.
  2. Need of a Great Landing Page: This will be the first page your visitors will see when they click on your advertisement. It needs to be attractive and easy to maneuver. This is not your home page, it cannot be, but it will lead them to your home page. Your home page represents you and who you are. The landing page focuses on the product or service the visitor is interested in purchasing.
  3. Advertising Specifically: Your creative ad should be specific about your product or service. Your pricing list should be visible too. This will make finalizing the sale easier if the visitor clicks on it from your advertisement. However, you can lose the space if you deviate from this information.
  4. Know Your Conversion Ratio: When your advertisement is clicked on, it will count how many clicks were simple visits and which ones were sales or returns. This information will help you to manage your PPC campaign most effectively.
  5. Wise and Prudent Bidding: When bidding on your advertising position, take into consideration the amount of clicks (visits) to the amount of returns (sales). Make changes to your bids for a few weeks. This is helpful when deciding which placement is best for you and your budget. The right spot should have little problems in helping you to stick to your monthly budget. Remember, the top may not always be the best place to be.
  6. Keep Your Logo Yours: Be sure to check to make sure your affiliates don’t use your logo or brand name in their advertising copy. It will affect your own branding and advertising copy.
  7. Competition Strategy: Watch and study competitors’ websites. You may need to make changes to draw attention to your ad. For instance, make offers or discounts in exchange for visits to your advertising site (PPC).
  8. Remember to Monitor: You must constantly monitor your personal PPC campaign. The challenge is that the competition will eat you alive if you slack off. You may have to adjust your bid frequently in order to get the most return (sales) on your investment.
  9. Keep It Up: Make sure you adjust your bids and advertising copy occasionally to frequently. Get rid of those ads that are not proving to be a good return. It’s an ongoing process. You must treat it as such.
  10. Realism: You must be realistic in your expectation of the whole picture. Overnight millionaire isn’t going to happen here. You will not be able to get leads if your website doesn’t do your company justice. What if your prices don’t meet the requirements of the customer? Make changes to get the sales you desire.

An effective PPC campaign can generate a great deal of additional income for your company when done properly and consistently. Remembering it does take time, effort, and research in order for you to get the most out of your PPC advertising. Just follow the above examples for your set up and management of your PPC and you should do well.

Signature File Importance

signature fileThe area that identifies you at the end of your forum posts and emails is your ‘Signature File.’ To use this to its fullest potential, you have to put some thought into it. The same consideration should be used on your signature lines as would be on your paid advertisements. This way it can really work at a high potential for you without wasting space. It is important to not attach your signature file to anything that will reflect negatively on your business. Thus make sure you post it on forums that are your actual message or advertisement. Email jokes that are not very appropriate should not carry your signature.

  1. Capture A Click – You need to make sure your signature file can interest your viewer. It needs to be clear and direct, and it needs to state the benefits of your program. Thus receiving a click.
  2. Little is Much – Short and Sweet is what is needed. If it is too long and drawn-out it will probably be ignored. If your signature file is too boring to read, attention will go elsewhere. No matter how many websites you have, only apply 1 or 2 URLs to a signature, otherwise it will take away from effectiveness.
  3. Keep It a Simple Signature – Never assume that your readers know as much as you do about your business. Do not talk jargon it may confuse them. Confused people will say “no” to your program. Stay clear and concise so anyone can read and understand how your product or service can help them. This is not the place for terms or conditions. Don’t go crazy with too many links and such. People outside your industry need to understand who and what you are and what you are selling. For instance, all people have skin, but not everyone knows what an epidermis is. Therefore, explain yourself briefly, clearly, completely, and interestingly.
  4. The Customer Snag – There are ways to catch the information of someone who visits your site after reading your signature file. Offering free things to collect information is a good idea. Things like a free newsletter or calendar of events or sales. They sign up and you have an avenue to keep contact with that potential customer.

It’s all in how you word it!  When you do not see as big of a click-rate as you want, try rewording your signature file. For instance, just off I29, instead of 45 minutes up I29.  This way of thinking and wording may save you from missing prime opportunities to get visitors to your site. The amount of effort you put in your paid add needs to be the same for your ‘perfect’ signature page.
