Writing styles can set you apart

I don’t know if this happens to you at all, but it used to happen to me a whole lot of the time. The very mention of writing or putting my thoughts down on paper (or a computer screen) would leave me with the most terrible feeling in the depths of my stomach. I thought of how my words would be dissected with clinical precision and great gusto by those that read your blog. In any case, I used to feel that there are so many more meaningful and popular blogs that used to talk about the same things I did. How could I ever be as popular as them or as awesome as some of my favorite writers? How could I mimic their writing styles?
This is something that very many writers know fully well. It’s a crippling, debilitating, terrible fear to have, that you will never be good enough. It can be inspiring and intimidating to want to write as well as your favorites. It’s something to aspire to, or something that can really be your personal Everest, something you might never really surmount or that you feel will never surmount. But with time, I have learned something; the more you try to be someone, you are not being true to yourself. When you do that, your writing can never be of the quality you want it to be. What’s worse, it will never get the audience you want to since you’re simply an imitation of someone else, sometimes in a painfully obvious manner.

You must do everything in your power to avoid the paralysis that besets any writer when they think of trying to live up to the stature of their favorite wordsmith. But stop comparing yourself, you’re never going to sound like them just like they can’t naturally sound like you. Be comfortable in your own skin, and you will taste a lot more success once you start doing that. It doesn’t matter that everyone else has been at it for much longer, or even that they have more listening to their every word. Do you believe that there will never be a new face on the scene ever? If you do, allow me to tell you are wrong. No, I’m right, you’re wrong. Let’s run with that. A new star will always emerge, and it could be you. Start now, blog away and you could get noticed.
Every one of us (and yes, that includes you) has something about them that is fantastic and unique, your own calling card, your own secret weapon in the fight to win minds and eyeballs. Tap into that which makes you uniquely you and you will prevail. No other blogger can present your experiences, your memories and your perspective quite like you, and this is a fact. Pick a topic that you find interesting and are passionate about and write about it as well as you can. Just follow your own writing styles and watch the hits keep on coming.
Blogging Tips For Blog Success – Part III
Blogging success doesn’t come immediately, it requires as much time as it requires a plant to grow, the way you nurture your plants by planting it, watering it, putting fertilizer, the same way a blog requires fresh content each day along with added fertilizer meaning meaty content so that you get good fruits and flowers at later stage of its growth. Well, let me further continue to some of the tips I was already sharing with you from my earlier blog articles of Blogging tips for blog success – Part I and Part II :

- Don’t miss out on opportunities, as we know the famous saying that “opportunity doesn’t knock twice”, similar is the case with blogs. The first hand opportunity should be accepted with grace and complete definition. In a world where opportunities are unlimited, there is something in store for each one of us we should be able to strike a perfect balance to choose it. It may sometimes so happens that nothing works out in your favor but that is not the end of the world, you have to keep trying new things and experiment whatever comes in your way, who knows, that might just be the perfect thing which will change your life. My ultimate goal by saying this here is that you should never stop even if you have achieved your targets, plan for more and execute more. You have to innovate and get going with new things to place your blog in the reader’s mind.
- Blogging success is all about how well versed you are in writing and how much of fresh content you can put in each day. The content you write should be pleasing to read and readers should be attracted towards reading it, there must be some useful piece of information in your blog that will let them coming back to you. We well know, all of us have some limitations like we cannot run business all by ourselves, we need workers to work for us, for a company they need highly qualified professionals and so on. In business we hire people to do specialized tasks, it can also take place through barter exchange system, there are some things that you can do it and proceed on your own but there comes a point in everyone’s life when we need someone or somebody or something to support us, protect us that is where a relationship comes in to picture so my advise to young bloggers is to build relationship with other networking groups, don’t stay aloof from other and don’t count them as your competitors but friends.
- Staying focused is the main criteria in a blogging world where limit is not the word, if you are focused, you stay in touch with what you want to achieve and that would mean that you are well aware of your targets and goals that you want to achieve as a blogger. When you start blogging, it is important to have some vision set in your minds that will inspire you every time to work harder and reach to the point where you want to be. Focusing your mind on something doesn’t require a professional degree or some sort of a formal strategic plan, you ought to know what you want, what you want to achieve and what you are willing to put in. you can filter the stuff that you need in your professional life, washing off the unwanted waste from your mind.
- Work hard and party harder, as they say, proves true as far your blogging success is concerned, in all the above mentioned points I have always stressed on working hard, success is not going to come in one day, it is a slow gradual process which requires time to publicize it and make it popular among readers. You have to have a dedicated time for writing blogs in which you can concentrate hard and make maximum use of your brain to write creativity as its best. The famous and successful blogger’s daily routine includes writing on fresh content daily along with few dedicated hours for creative writing where there are no distractions. Spend a lot of time writing blogs unless it becomes your next hobby, you ought to like your work to become passionate about it, isn’t it?
- Luck is the major factor which can bring great success to your business, although I personally feel that hard work pays in the end but along with it there is some amount of luck you need that will do the trick. I have seen a number of successful blogging networks which were number one at its peak but now due to uninformed and unknown reasons they are crashed to nil, just a little luck would have saved them from this disaster but as they say all is written in destiny. You can write your own destiny as far as working goes, luck will follow it soon. If you are feeling lucky that everything in life is just going fine then try to extend that luck in other major portions of blogging networks where is requires more nurturing and little luck, make the maximum advantage of your luck for it is not going to come again.
Concentrate hard on what you write for your blogs and make sure you come out with creative content every time you sit for blog writing.
Market Your Business Through Blogs – Part-III
Welcome to the 3rd and the last part of business with blogs, I have already shared with you the finest of tips and skills to run your business through blogs, in the last part I am detailing more about the posts that you will write for your blogs. The main criteria here being, you should establish a rhythm that will set your blogs get going, it doesn’t merely mean that you need to have a new and latest topic to discuss every time, in rhythm means you and your text should go in sync together that will interest your audience. If you are new to blogging, than I advice you to write 2 to 3 posts per week, getting started is never late and never too touch, as you become master in writing you will get hand of it.
If blogging is your niche then you shouldn’t aim for earnings through blogs by putting the ads and especially when you are solely marketing your business through that blogging network. Grow your own profile over blogs network, you can come out with your own success stories and strategies that people will follow or help them establish a good position in the market. There have been many a cases I have seen, that people nearly spoil their online business by putting ads just for few dollars, putting ads diverts the readers attention to other blogs or other companies. And knowingly or unknowingly you may be highlighting your own competitors and then you cannot stop all that happening in just one go. The biggest fear for a blogger are comments, may however finest of articles you write there is always some fear which grips everyone, what if a customer comes and starts damaging your goodwill through comments, now for this you can have comment moderation policy on your blog, its your blog and you will decide what people should be commenting on your texts. You can decide on varied policy rules somewhere in your blogs network that will alert the readers what they should be commenting.

Once you have posted your blog, don’t just sit idle watching the comments and waiting for orders to start pouring in, you ought to be interactive when you are online, it is one of the best ways you can get closer to your customers and know their requirements or solve problems. The same way as you encourage people to write comments you need to reply them too that will interest them more into your blog reads. Another thing is that how are you going to integrate your blog with your company website, its important that both are in sync so you will be better at addressing your audience they can view your company profile and see products online through the mentioned website. There are no specific rules to this but more or less it depends on your company objectives, in most cases, it should be normal to link your company website with the blogs network.
One commonest of challenges for new bloggers whether its connecting their business or freelancing is how to get people reading and get used to your blogs. The small step in the right direction will take you to bigger heights, revamp your existing profile over Internet, if any, or you can start posting your ads in other links and blogging networks. If you are planning to put the content of multiple blogs just through one channel, that may prove to be quite worthwhile, there are variety of posts a company can run on their sites depending on their company objectives, some of the key points included in the blog post to make it popular is by stating the products, highlighting the key staff members, CEO talks, announcing new products in product gallery, highlight the clients, tips on the ways to use products, FAQs, comments, etc. the list here is endless, its up to you to bring the finest of points of your company profile in front of your customers.
You can share your view points with me and suggest if you have really cool stuff that people should know.
