Know the basics, while starting your first blog!Blogging was an instant hit, may be a decade back no one knew what the word “Blog” meant. Today looking over at the past I realize what simple mistakes I made launching my first blogs network, few years back, blogging was a very alien thing to Internet and at present day I feel Blogs are running everything over and above Internet whether it be advertising, doing business, finding a business partner, etc. you can do anything and everything through blogs and a plus point, that you earn money as well. There were a number of Internet businesses I did when I started off few years back, they worked quite well but not as per my expectations, the hard work that I was putting in was really not paying me off. Looking back at times I now realize, if several of mistakes I made were rectified everything would have been smooth sailing but I am happy that those mistakes I did make and I stumbled along the path and I stand today where I am because of my stupid silly mistakes, but those were the things some 5 years back but today with the competition you cannot afford to do a single mistake so today especially for my dear loyal readers, I am going to share few of the things you should be taking care of while heading out in a blogging world:

  1. Write something out of the box, you must have usually seen that people blog about the news so why you need to be doing the same? You want to make your blog look unique and intelligent so come up with something that will interest your readers, it is fact that blogging about news gets you more traffic but its not about the traffic which you are looking for, what you are looking for is quality reading that your readers should enjoy. News, they can get from anywhere, after a while reading news over and over again they will get bored of your blogs and gradually they might even stop visiting your blog. So pick up a topic that will really help your readers to gain some knowledge.
  2. Create a niche for yourself, in whatever field you may please. If you try to concentrate on N number of things you are not going to be a master in any of the fields so the best followed advice is to pick up a niche in which you are intelligent at. Blogging networks are booming all over the industries and people are marketing their products or product info through these blogs that are helping them make huge profits. Specialize in something you are sure of making big in the blogs and then proceed ahead.
  3. Once you are done with picking up a niche for your blog, try to pick up a bigger niche so that you can gain more popularity over the internet. Don’t compromise on small things, think of big from the very start and achieve success in the field.
  4. Don’t just start with your blogs with the aim of just making money, you have to be passionate about something if you really want to achieve that big success in life. Make writing your first love and get attracted towards it, each passing day so one day you can’t live without writing at all.
  5. Some people go way to ahead to achieve what they want in life, but that is not serving the purpose, don’t burn yourself out just to complete all your work in one single day. Take your time and write your blogs in a relaxed manner that will bring creativity in your writings, don’t get too carried away or become very obsessive about writing.
  6. Everybody is here with a purpose, a purpose to make money online through blogs. We know that money is not going to pour itself easily, you will have to give that many efforts to earn that market reputation so that people will give their ads on your blogs and you can make money.
  7. A person visiting your blog is just not there to see how creative or beautiful pictures you have put in your blogs, its all about the quality content they are looking for so make sure you don’t spend too much money on designing your blog. Initially, when I started out I made sure that everything was an A1 quality may it be website design, or content or hosting servers, even after spending too much on designing I realized that it doesn’t really matter, what matter is the input in your blogs.
  8. When a person heads out in the world of blogging, it’s a common phenomena that people start copying others may it be their blog design, their logo, etc. some even copy word to word blog, now this isn’t fair if you are really looking to make some serious money. Try to keep a unique designing for your blog that will attract attention, make sure the colors used are pleasing to eyes and it looks just great when people are visiting your site for the very first time. Blend your blog as per your wishes and not what others are doing with their blogs, you need to have unique theme and design for your blog.
  9. Once when you are already done with deciding your topic for the blog, don’t forget to write detailed information of the topic on your blog. People already know something about the topic you have written now what will interest them is something more in depth, a detailed knowledge or study or research on the topic which they will enjoy reading or take keen interest in reading. Write standard blogs but at the same time make it look like a million bucks. Gather useful information that people can use or be helpful to someone through your blogging networks.
  10. Don’t just expect good comments from your readers, there were times when I went through bad phases from all angles as readers were not quite acceptable to what I have written but that didn’t degrade my writing quality nor did it stop me from writing my views. Whether the comments are good or bad, respond to your readers so that they might feel important of themselves, their comments are actually good for you to improve upon your skills.
  11. Once your blog is well established, don’t forget to build good relationships with other bloggers on networks. To become famous, you need to be associated with people and that comes through proper networking. If you want your blog to be famous over blogging network then you have to reach a position where everybody knows you, a powerful position can only be achieved through effective networking.
  12. While heading out to write a blog, select a right blogging platform, follow up all pros and cons before finalizing on your platform. What may seem cheaper may also let you spend even more money in future so take logical steps in selecting the blogs platform through which you have a gain-gain situation.
  13. When you have your own blogging network, why write for Digg? I have seen writing on digg will give you lots of traffic on your site but at the same time you may lose out on your core reader base, you might lose your loyal readers to earn just few more visitors to your site, will you sacrifice it?
  14. Write any blog, like it was your own story, people get interested in reading blogs when it says more about a person than any general topics. Initially, I  remember, I used to blog about just anything but later I realized telling readers my story based on my experiences and research work, led them to take more interest in what I have to say. I really wished I would have known this first then I would have been at a much better position than I am today.
  15. Don’t brag in your blogs, of course, people love to brag that’s a human tendency but as far as reading is concerned, no person would like to read a person bragging about himself. If you need to say something which is really important than say it in a very simplistic and polite way, not to make readers feel that you are bragging. Read more on blog.

The above tips were all I had to give you as suggestions or an advice, follow them religiously to get success in your blogs writing at a very first go.

Blogging Tips For Blog Success – Part III

Blogging success doesn’t come immediately, it requires as much time as it requires a plant to grow, the way you nurture your plants by planting it, watering it, putting fertilizer, the same way a blog requires fresh content each day along with added fertilizer meaning meaty content so that you get good fruits and flowers at later stage of its growth. Well, let me further continue to some of the tips I was already sharing with you from my earlier blog articles of Blogging tips for blog success – Part I and Part II :

blogging success

  1. Don’t miss out on opportunities, as we know the famous saying that “opportunity doesn’t knock twice”, similar is the case with blogs. The first hand opportunity should be accepted with grace and complete definition. In a world where opportunities are unlimited, there is something in store for each one of us we should be able to strike a perfect balance to choose it. It may sometimes so happens that nothing works out in your favor but that is not the end of the world, you have to keep trying new things and experiment whatever comes in your way, who knows, that might just be the perfect thing which will change your life. My ultimate goal by saying this here is that you should never stop even if you have achieved your targets, plan for more and execute more. You have to innovate and get going with new things to place your blog in the reader’s mind.
  2. Blogging success is all about how well versed you are in writing and how much of fresh content you can put in each day. The content you write should be pleasing to read and readers should be attracted towards reading it, there must be some useful piece of information in your blog that will let them coming back to you. We well know, all of us have some limitations like we cannot run business all by ourselves, we need workers to work for us, for a company they need highly qualified professionals and so on. In business we hire people to do specialized tasks, it can also take place through barter exchange system, there are some things that you can do it and proceed on your own but there comes a point in everyone’s life when we need someone or somebody or something to support us, protect us that is where a relationship comes in to picture so my advise to young bloggers is to build relationship with other networking groups, don’t stay aloof from other and don’t count them as your competitors but friends.
  3. Staying focused is the main criteria in a blogging world where limit is not the word, if you are focused, you stay in touch with what you want to achieve and that would mean that you are well aware of your targets and goals that you want to achieve as a blogger. When you start blogging, it is important to have some vision set in your minds that will inspire you every time to work harder and reach to the point where you want to be. Focusing your mind on something doesn’t require a professional degree or some sort of a formal strategic plan, you ought to know what you want, what you want to achieve and what you are willing to put in. you can filter the stuff that you need in your professional life, washing off the unwanted waste from your mind.
  4. Work hard and party harder, as they say, proves true as far your blogging success is concerned, in all the above mentioned points I have always stressed on working hard, success is not going to come in one day, it is a slow gradual process which requires time to publicize it and make it popular among readers. You have to have a dedicated time for writing blogs in which you can concentrate hard and make maximum use of your brain to write creativity as its best. The famous and successful blogger’s daily routine includes writing on fresh content daily along with few dedicated hours for creative writing where there are no distractions. Spend a lot of time writing blogs unless it becomes your next hobby, you ought to like your work to become passionate about it, isn’t it?
  5. Luck is the major factor which can bring great success to your business, although I personally feel that hard work pays in the end but along with it there is some amount of luck you need that will do the trick. I have seen a number of successful blogging networks which were number one at its peak but now due to uninformed and unknown reasons they are crashed to nil, just a little luck would have saved them from this disaster but as they say all is written in destiny. You can write your own destiny as far as working goes, luck will follow it soon. If you are feeling lucky that everything in life is just going fine then try to extend that luck in other major portions of blogging networks where is requires more nurturing and little luck, make the maximum advantage of your luck for it is not going to come again.

Concentrate hard on what you write for your blogs and make sure you come out with creative content every time you sit for blog writing.
