The most vital enemy you can have at your side in the Internet world is Downtime!! Downtime is simply the term used when your websites are inaccessible to the visitors for either shorter period or longer. There are also some of the top websites and Blogs I have seen that are now no more in the map of toppers, just because their host had either no time or no care of their websites being downtime for most of the time. Downtime is the most important feature of the down track of any of the website or Blog.

If you are starting a business at your residence addresses and still you keep your residence and phone calls locked, then what’s the meaning of starting a business? Same way, if you are making a Blog for the people to read and when the traffic diverts towards you, or the visitors are surfing for the topic you do have, your website is acing the problem of downtime!! How can you survive? Downtime has so many losses. Let’s summarise some of them.

Downtime makes you losing visitors

The internet is the mode of media that is used majorly for saving time. People were quite feasible with the physical buying, but it was quite a lot time consuming. That’s why the Online business cam into existence. The moral of the entire Internet story is to save time. Now, if the visitor knocks the door of your website and you reply as “it’s a downtime, sorry!!”, then its waste to have such efforts of making Blog!!

Always treat the visitor as the most vital person. The entire business of your Blog is run by the visitors and till the time they are satisfied, you have ample chances of surviving. But if they feel unsatisfying, you have no future in the internet world. So, better you make your future secured and sound by keeping your antenna alerts for the visitors. Losing the visitors means losing the regular customers and ultimately losing the revenue. So, the motto of creating the websites is totally lost in the Downtime of net.

Still, you can hold the regular readers for some days to wait, but the fresh readers who tries to join you, can never be repeated again. So, you lose so many potential readers by these downtimes that are capable of creating your road to Glory!!

Downtime makes you losing Links

There are so many social links available on the internet. These socially driven sites dig the best possible Blogs. Now, if you are not available at those times, you are out of those digs and also out of the revenue makings. So, not only the individual visitors, the Downtime also pushes you in the huge loss of earning visitors and also the prospective subscribes.

These links are also important in the long run as your Blog can be graded by all such links and also it can be approached by various dealers and social sites, twitters etc. So, just one downtime is capable of making you down to more of the times.

Downtime makes you losing Advertisers

Advertising agencies also are the prime sources of earning on the internet. According to a survey, for the top sites, ad agencies are almost 25% or more of the revenue makers. So, they play a vital role in the online economy. The ad agencies try to approach those sites, which generates more traffic and also which exposes their ads most. But, if you are enriched (!) with the Downtime, you can never generate the traffic and henceforth no advertisers will approach you.

Advertisers also see the availability of the Blog online with the content quality and also the topics and digs. So, staying Downtime is the best way to ruin your business.

These are the prime losses of Downtime. So, don’t make your online business affected by the disease of Downtime.

Now, also let’s see briefly the ways to eliminate the Downtime problem.

Get the assured and proper host whom you can rely on. The network that has the best results should be approached.

You can have the automatic mirroring facility to avoid the heavy load of traffic on the website. Heavy loads of traffic should be adjusted with the most appropriate and efficient system to avoid Downtime.

Get the backups of the contents to save the database and to avoid the further problems of losing data.

If you ask me whether I can write something creatively, my answer had probably be a big YES, but writing is not anyone’s cup of tea, you might be good at English and have Knowledge of things but unless you have the power of writing something passionately you cannot be called as a Writer. Today, with increasing popularity of blogs and blogging business there is suddenly increase in demand for young writers, make a point I wrote young writers coz’ its them who can write about the current situations or modern perspective relating to something. Of course, in some fields experience does count, so older people are needed to write their experiences or whatever research they might have done.

Blogging is purely a business and in business its just exchange of services, it’s a give and take relationship. There are people who are in this business for 5 years now and making huge money while there are yet some who have just started off. The profits might not be pouring in now but I am sure 2 years down the line, you would be at top positions if you follow some specific rules on writing a blog posts for your networks. Even if you are not a gifted writer, you can create that passion in you, you can start writing slowly about your thoughts and then unfolding your creativity in to your writings. Blogs Business is all about the content, as I have been mentioning time and again that Content is the King, make sure you write some ultimate blog posts by which people will like listening to you or gain knowledge from you. No one is perfect, not even myself, we know this fact but at least we can try our best to get near to something perfect? Isn’t it? Today, I am more than happy to be here on this platform where I have although not large but decent number of readers reading my blogs regularly, I am here to guide you, to a perfect road to SUCCESS!

Forget your old writing habits – this especially, because lots of time it so happens, people start writing their blogs as if writing for some term paper. This is going to be something which would be read by people from all over the globe so make sure you write what is attractive and pleasing, no one wants to hear boring lessons of high schools.

As they say, Ignorance is Bliss, it helps you while on your path to success, forget your mindset developed in schools. Present age, you should be writing about the current perspective and what people think and should be doing, etc. Ignore what you learnt in the past and move ahead with what is currently required.

Know your topic – many a times it so happens, people make N number of arrangements to start off with their first blog but suddenly they realize they haven’t yet decided on what their blog would be all about. It’s very necessary to know the base of what you are going to write, there would be different queries, suggestions, questions and answers to be given to what people will ask you on your blog and you cannot surely ignore their comments. The best way to get your blog going is by networking, you can network well with people when you are confident of your topics and thus the interaction starts.

Create an attractive title – people are just not going to come to your blog reading, you have to attract or impress them through blogging topics. You have the best of content and everything is set to rock but it doesn’t make a point if you can’t attract your readers to read your content and that can happen only through impressive titles of the blogs.

There is lots of material available on the internet that tells you how to select topics for your content, there are some famous authors giving their views relating to the topics you should go for and also writers helping you pick up a topic so make good research before you head out on your very first blog.

Get your readers addicted – I have been always a believer that “Books are your best friends” and till present day I stick by my books whenever I am on a travel, and why not, books are the only source, they will never leave you. Make the first impression, the best one in front of your readers through your topics or highlighting important content, this will let them keep coming back to you wanting for some more. It all depends on what topics you write, writing skills, your knowledge base and the passion at which you are raring to go. There are some things which needs to be given due attention here to please your audience – 1) start a conversation with them, 2) make them feel important in the first statement, 3) let them know that they are lucky to read your blog, etc. such few things when kept in mind will lead you to big success.

Get into details of your experiences – one thing I have realized in my business of blogging is, when you write with an open mind, there is nothing you want to hide. Let your readers truly know who you are and how are you enjoying your experiences as a blogger. People like to read about the stories that relates to an individual’s life, so wake up and get your blogs to the top most position by getting into details and discussing minute details personally.

Give interesting endings – by this I don’t want to tell you to summarize your blog at the end, there are a few procedures to close your blogs as I had mentioned earlier too, end your blogs with open ended questions that will encourage your readers to put comments or suggestions or their experiences/perceptions, etc. your readers should not feel being left out, make them very much part of your blog by asking them questions which will personally relate to them, chances are you might get more than expected response because everyone wants to get heard and speak about their feelings.

Make final changes – I know well how it feels writing an essay or a story, do you remember the days you finished your essay in high school and later checked it for any grammatical errors or conjunction errors. The most important of your blogging language is the spelling and grammar, if you fail in this then you stand no chance being liked by people. There were times, when I didn’t had time, proof-reading my blogs and as a result I was criticized for my English, so I advice you to proof-read them and check for errors, if any. You might well want to change the whole statement itself or write an interesting episode, so don’t waste time it will hardly take 2 minutes to do a final check on your content.

Conclude – everybody is born with an innate quality, which we ourselves might not know, unless you head out to that path and you realize, yes! This is my arena. Likewise, one person’s thinking cannot be matched with others nor can we change someone’s perception about something so best you can do is, write creatively keeping everybody’s point of view and think logically rather than emotionally.

Lots been said and done, different people will have different methods of writing their blogs, I don’t make a compulsion on you to follow mine, but these were my experiences and I realized them too late and I don’t want you to go through same consequences so give your best shot at first go and conquer the race!

Many people set out doing business at very young age and they do really well in their life, there are many people who envy them but that doesn’t stop them from achieving their life goals, what do you think, what makes that X factor running behind them to be that successful in life that no one can stop them? Is it a sheer hard work, luck, or just the zeal to be ahead in life? I feel it’s the combination of all and plus the right attitude and right mannerisms that they apply to their business that does the batting! Today I am going to discuss with you whole set of ideas and different ways to become the best entrepreneur to get the maximum output for the work you put in and tips that will let you stay ahead in the competition.

We all know success is not easy; some may distract you from taking the path of hard work because they well know it’s going to pay you in future, those are not your best friends, so follow the path which seems to be hard and you will get to the top in no time. Let go off the obstacles in your business like some red signal, stay cool and calm, decide on the path which you want to take while you are still waiting at red signal and go ahead when it turns green. There are some useful steps given below which will help you to be the best entrepreneur you can:

In business, everyone has a purpose, a purpose to make money, before you set out on your path to go to your office today, think of the money you want to make. It is not going to take you more than 5 minutes to decide as to how much money you need to live a lifestyle you really need. Day in and day out you must have seen yourself, rush-in and hush-out to make ends meet, when you think over from life’s point of view, you will know that it takes only some money to fulfill your requirements, what drives you crazy is to stay ahead in competition. I advice you to take a break and have a meaningful purpose in making money, for some of you the amount of money you calculate for living with all the luxuries must be much more than you are earning now. The best way to design your finances are to write them down, think over what you need to buy and the total money you will buy with, it could be anything and everything, may be a good luxury home, a dream holiday, some good sports car, or enough money to do some more shopping for home. No person would like to spend more than what he actually earns, if you set up your finances well at the beginning, nothing should stop you from buying the luxuries in life.

Some people are well satisfied with their earnings, you don’t need a million dollar home to live with all the luxuries in life. Sitting back in a small cottage home is more than enough for someone to enjoy life with all its pleasures. The best way to do a relaxed business is to stop innovating and start copying others in the field, don’t copy someone to the extent people will call you COPYCAT, take ideas from other businesses but use your own creativity. Bring that entrepreneur quality in you. Earning a decent money is no big deal, provided you are ready to work for the work given to you, a couple of my friends, I know, had started with trash, selling cookies and now they are earning million dollars each month. Look out for the work you will really enjoy doing it and not thinking over making million dollars directly, start with small whatever you can and make a difference in your living style. And if you are already in a business line then think over the ways you can change your current situation that will bring about a change in the amount of money you make.

There are circumstances in life where nothing works as per your choices, some times we experience that something good happens for something bad that happened in past so for every loss there is an equal amount of profit. You might not be bringing around the perfect product for your customers, but your customers might be well satisfied with what you are serving. In such circumstances, you might just not want to change your current settings, if something goes wrong you might loose totally of it, so it’s better to keep track of the path that is being followed in your company and the style of doing business remains same unless something modern stuff comes up. You can take online interviews of your customers to know their opinion about the products, what exactly they are looking out for, etc. there are times when you may fall out on providing the best service, but that shouldn’t stop you, try to adapt to changes quickly and serve your customers.

If you are very sure of achieving something in life, it is best advised not to deviate yourselves from the goals of life. Don’t get distracted if something doesn’t work as per your wishes or some new business opportunity arise, new opportunities are going to come your way, “if one door closes, another opens up”, I truly believe and live by this statement which has made businesses work and to fulfill your life goals, concentrate on one thing at a time. Resist the temptation of moving out to new business offers, even if they seem to be very profitable, follow first what you have already taken up and work consciously to achieve your life targets. Consuming everything that is available on a platter will cause you indigestion the same applies to business line; don’t keep on jumping from one track to another.

Always be ready to learn something new in life, don’t stop just because you have already achieved your targets for the month, try new things after achieving the older targets. If something new comes up, don’t stop yourself from learning it. No matter if you are the master in your field, remember that each generation brings in something new for the older generation to learn and adapt to. Be open to make changes in your business, don’t stick by the old rules and regulations or the methods of working. When you get modern stuff working in your business, it will attract the talented younger generations to work for you.

Whoever said it, said it right, “work hard and party harder”, as much as you are earning, you need to relax and enjoy with the amount of wealth you have earned. If you keep dragging yourself on and on, one day you might feel exhausted and feel like not continuing at all. Don’t keep on working for a full 12 hours at a stretch, even when you are loving the work, you need to take steady breaks that will relax and calm your mind of all the clutters happening in office. The best you can follow on this is:

To take break while working on longer projects, taking breaks in middle will help you refresh your mind and help you work more enthusiastically and more efficiently.

Do extra ordinary work out of ordinary; it need not be something out of the box or going out of your way spending money to achieve something, arrange for small party, a family get together or office picnic that will freshen up everyone in your circle. The end thing is to reduce your stress levels.

Develop the work style in you and create an energetic work environment around you that will motivate everybody to work. You can start with small things like planting flowers that will create a colorful environment, putting up motivational posters, setting up a help center for the needy, etc.

By now, I hope you have already made your choices regarding the business and next time you will be more open to adapt to changes around you and stick by the rules you have made for yourself, don’t get distracted or diverted from what you are already doing. It’s a human nature to get attracted to new things which will make more money, but remember to fulfill first the existing requirements.

Businesses are developed with some planning in mind, when you see big businesses around you, not all probably started as you did it, some might have stumbled along the way, some might have got ready built empire and yet some might have worked really hard to achieve their targets or make money. In business, everything works on trust worthiness, if you are worth of any rewards you are going to get them in no time than expected. There were hell lots of mistakes I made in my first few business assignments; but those have not stopped me from being where I stand today. You can well imagine how it feels when starting your own business unit. I was a little nervous and little excited, it’s a mix of enthusiasm and willingness that you are going to put in your business. Today I am going to share few things that you, as a young entrepreneur should keep in mind before heading out on a road to success:

The first and foremost I had like to advice you is to pick a real intelligent name for your company, I have seen many an instances where I started with my business that didn’t really work because of the faulty, stupid names I had put as. Your company’s name should necessarily conjoin the business you are doing, forgetting what looks well or bad. Your company name should match with the service that you are providing but at the same time remember not to keep some lengthy names which people wouldn’t be able to remember.

Some of my close pals, I have noticed they mostly went for an “A”, to start the business with, the reason being that they would be listed first in whatever the listings, it is a good practice from business’s point of view but make sure they carry weight and people would know what exactly you are into. Sometimes, people do make mistakes in keeping stupid names and they carry on with the same identity for years, later they make this big mistake of changing their company names after years of being realized as the earlier stupid name, it is best to make something good out of bad, already people know you as some company so rather live with it than going through all the process of building a new brand value in market.

Don’t forget to hire a good law firm for doing all business legal proceedings, even if you get a good well known law firm there are chances you might as well find some best lawyers who will do your work relating to corporate tax, litigation, income tax returns, etc. remember, lawyers work for you and not the company they are working for, so its best to tie up with some well known company who will give you the best lawyers as per your requirements.

There were times, when I had faced bad situation because of these stupid lawyers, the proceedings were delayed in some cases, some were too lazy doing the tasks at quicker pace, etc. I wanted someone who is active and treat my business as his own so the best advice I got from someone, my guru, is to look out for good law firm. The law firms have to carry their reputation, so in no doubt they are going to give you the best they have.

This is one of the advices I keep giving to everyone I come across, to hire some big company even if that costs you a little more but go for professionalism and ethic based lawyers.

In new enterprises, you don’t necessarily be having a huge staff to represent your company. It is only the work that you do is going to count and so you make money accordingly, there were some idiotic mistakes I did while hiring people for some of my first few companies, the companies that didn’t really made to A lists and I feel, it is the workers who make a company and not the company who makes them, so get the best professional people working for you. Some faults I made were:

Don’t hire a person in your company, just because he was a super master in his earlier job or earned varied certificates in previous job. He might be an expert in the earlier job but not the current job so think over his qualifications, his capabilities and what things he can do for company as a person.

Some people feel, hiring more employees will solve their problems, it is not the case, in fact, you can save lots of money by cutting down on the salaries of employees by doing some work on your own. Go and sell it yourself, this way you will get the real experience of the market and get to know people personally.

Other than employee salaries, there are lots of other expenses incurred to run a company, these costing includes, computer maintenance, electricity bills, employee insurance, office space, etc. so manage your finances well.

You might feel great about someone working for you from seven seas, but it is not really a good idea as there are chances of misleading and you don’t really know the efficiency of the person or if he/she has done the work, in such cases, you can make use of varied software to keep track about the work time and break time.

If you are in yesteryears, following old sayings, mind you, you are not going to be always successful, old habits help but not always, stick by the motto, “be faster and getting things done”. I remember the times when I started out with my first few set of companies, it was all a total mess all because of my fault. As your very first venture, you will nurture your new baby business with all the finest possible inputs you can, if you had been feeling the same all this while, don’t worry as these are the symptoms of anxiety every new entrepreneur will face. Instead of taking logical steps which are good for business, you kind of move towards emotional needs of the company so I advice you to take quick steps in whatever decisions you need to take, if you don’t change it now you will be forced to change or take steps in future.

If you are a go getter then you cannot forget to put all the inputs, what it takes to build a successful business network by successful networking you can conquer all odds in life whether you are new or old to business, whether you are making money or loss in business, whether you are located in the same continent or farthest of locations. When you have perfect networking connections, you are at it and you have already won the half, the match.

Success follows Network, if you network well in business terms, you are bound to get good business proposals, and no one likes to do business with someone who is not aligned in the group of networks. So be there always at a position where people will pick you, make sure to attend all the industrial networking events next time.

In business circles, I have often noticed how people treat someone who has given them huge businesses as someone who is GOD like, I really cannot digest this fact that how can someone treat someone as God when everything has been achieved due to his own hard work and determination. When I started with my business, I used to take advice from the people who were already successful in particular field, but sooner I noticed, those advices were not quite working for my business and instead of making profits I made huge loses, this was the time I realized that if I want to run my business I will have to think on my own and proceed by taking major decisions on my own. What I am trying to portray here is, that take advices from people but look over pros and cons before accepting those advices in your business.

No matter how much ever successful you may be in your business, you should always be ready to take new inputs from your followers. You might never know when you get some of the best fabulous ideas to run your business, it may come in any form through suggestions, from partners, from business colleagues, etc. when you are running a partnership business, having a partner is a bliss as your partner would always be there to stop you when something might seem un-adjustable.

No one is perfect, unless you make a mistake you are not going to learn something new so making mistakes are good to the extent that you don’t keep repeating them. If at all you happen to make mistakes, your partner will help you sort out things through different perceptions. Over and above, having a business partner helps you to come out of adversity. You never know in what form the help may come through, your partner may be an expert in the field you are finding difficult so its best to take advice from them.

If you are new to business, don’t fear if something doesn’t work as per your planning. New entrepreneurs often fall under this dilemma of facing the failure, unless you try on something, you will never know of being successful in any particular business endeavors. I have had few instances in my life where I was really fearful of taking on some new business challenge, but after a while I got used to overcoming it and being successful. If you are not sure of taking up something, don’t fear, take it up and blow it away, the worst that can happen is your failure, that failure is not going to eat you up but rather make you steady along the way.

At the end, I would just advice you, young, hot blooded entrepreneurs to accept challenges as they come and not to make any silly mistakes that will ruin your business venture. Learn from your mistakes, don’t repeat them and do each of your business assignments as excitedly you had done the very first one and please avoid the mistakes I made.

As a business person, people learn so many things in life, some are good experiences, some are bad but still we go on, that is GROWTH. The entrepreneurs of today are far choosier of what they are doing and what they want to do or achieve on in life. Early it used to be just simple jobs, but now everything has specialization, whether its finance or medical each field has its own importance with respect to its qualifications. In my career I have learnt one very important thing about developing ourselves, I have found if you are doing the work you already know it becomes far easier to achieve your targets. When a person already has some knowledge, it shows that he has interest in it and will take keen interest in learning it further.

You must have noticed in the professional race, everybody is trying to out-do each other, and one person’s success is another’s envy because everybody wants to be on the same platform where his rival is standing, even when you think personally that you want to be like a particular person and enjoy his type of wealth, you should be thinking internally whether you really like the work he is doing to earn so much of wealth or whether you would be able to dedicate your time in working. When I look at such cases, I often feel sad about it because the chances of failure are high as the person wishing might not always be successful like his ideal so its best to follow the job or business, one is already doing.

You must have seen many popular businesses that people are doing online these days “making money over Internet”, tell me how many of them have really become successful in their endeavor? No matter how much ever simple the business may seem, it always take positive efforts and the right determination to earn money. It just doesn’t pour in, unless you have right attitude towards your work, my advice to you is to follow the path which you know and are expert at! Don’t overlook your shortcomings, work on them and one day you will reach the position at top in your own field rather than copying someone else’s profession.

Starting a business of your own may seem difficult, but its not impossible! Do you know what does the word “Impossible” say silently, it says “I M Possible”, so follow the path you feel you have good hands at and go on your way to help people. All of us born on earth have been gifted by one beautiful quality by God, its up to us to find out what we are expert at and how can we make a difference in someone’s life. Start by doing little, but perfect, show your skills in a positive and determined manner that will attract others in to your business, the way initially you felt. As the time passes, the little that you started will grow in to real big and you might not even know about it till the time you look back and recollect your past times. So finally, I would like to tell you to follow what you know, and Excel Ahead!

Grow Your Business Through Reputation Management

I have come across so many people in my life, had so many acquaintances and so many people I dealt business with, I have found one truth to success that you got to have good Reputation in market to go ahead in life. Did I just say that the word “Business” gets so closer to the word “Reputation”, when we talk about any business partnerships or joint ventures, the first thing that comes in any one’s mind, is the person’s reputation, whether he carries good reputation in the market? In the business world, Reputation is all people ask for when signing the papers, if you don’t have good reputation how are you going to sell? When people buy products from you, they have expectations from you regarding the quality of the product, the use, the service, etc. if you have been doing business since last 5 years and are providing good customer service and quality products then its more likely your business will continue for more 50 years.

As they say, “First impression is the last impression”, while starting a business venture make sure to provide the best of services and quality products to your customers and continue with it forever. If you are really determined to make a strong hold in market, you have to come out with innovative ways to build a good reputation of your brand name in the market. Given below are some of the 3 best effective ways to build a good reputation for longer period:

If you are a starter in business, then the best and quickest way to build reputation is through Parnerships, when you partner with good reputed firms, your company will gain same reputation and it would be easier for you to sell products in market. I know, its difficult to get large companies to partner with small firms but you can convince them of your skills and talent and also by taking lesser share they might agree to take you in. The end motive is to build reputation and not the money what you make.

Another best way is to Associate yourself with well known people in the industry, when you get some famous well known personalities talking about your business, people are surely going to look up to you to partner with. You can get people to invest in your company, show them your skills by working hard and providing quality products to your end users. In such cases, networking helps, when you are part of a larger social network you can ask the well known persons to do a guest post on their blogs.

Some people think that they can do all on their own and they don’t need anyone’s help but in real world, you need partners or professionals to work with. You can build your reputation through sharing ideas over different networks, when you share ideas with larger group of people online, the chances are they might suggest you a better way to do something. Start blogging, don’t just talk about your business but talk about matters people want to hear from you and in most of the cases you will see you will get comments or suggestions from people which will help you in your own business.

Small Business Marketing Followed By 2 E’s – Educate & Entertain!

We know that people like to get entertained and especially when it’s with regard to their product likings, today, the world has shrunk to the extent that we often keep on meeting the same people or come across similar type of products or ads in markets across the globe. What do we do to come out of the competition? Or make your products sell in the markets? The best is to follow the strict small business marketing rules of Educating your people and at the same time Entertaining them, people like to hear or see what is pleasing to their ears or rather something that would increase their knowledge about something, today creativity has grown to superb levels of innovation, the ads that I come across sometimes are just fabulous that I don’t have any words to describe them. They use such marketing concepts that people get glued to their TV sets, until the commercial gets over, whether you are doing telephonic marketing, distributing pamphlets or television marketing, it has lots to do with the way you present it and the concept behind what is shown.

Entertaining someone is not much a big deal, when it’s with regard to some product, you have to come up with innovative ways that will ensure that it goes right inside the people’s brain, so next time they are out purchasing they will remember your pleasant entertaining advertisement in the television they show last night. The concept of Educating people through marketing campaigns is new and still catching up with multinationals across the globe and are I am very sure it is going to be an instant hit with people. Today, people are hungry for knowledge; the more they get, the more hunger they become, the cycle is endless so you have to keep on making new food items on daily basis.

You can run a research check in community circles about the people’s likes and dislikes and then later you can decide on what characters you want in your advertisements. Is it the cartoons they like showcasing the products, or role models, or ramp models? It’s up to people who will decide the success of your ad campaigns. If you think, creating an entertaining ad is difficult think again, if you have resource, talent and right knowledge, go ahead, you are going to be successful; there are no 2 sides to this. While you create entertaining ads take note that the entertaining factor doesn’t overpower the actual promotion of the product you want to market, it’s not the amount of money you invest in making ads, it’s the concept that people should instantly catch up with.

Go through newspapers, magazines, international papers, etc. to get a brief idea about what’s hot in the field of advertising, apply it to your campaigns but make it unique and clear. The listener should instantly know of the product you are talking about. You can put in your queries or suggestions for me or my readers, I need you to speak on my blog.

Plan Ahead For A Better Tomorrow

Getting into business world requires a good business planning, unless you plan ahead to strive for your objectives you are not going to be successful any where in your life. Some years ago, when I started with my own business unit I was struggling to come out of the mould of competition every where around me, I was so confused about what to do and merely dint had any cash to expand my business, this was the time I realized what should have been done when I started off. I realized one very important aspect of a business or a company, that to run it successfully without any glitches you have to plan ahead and execute them when needed.

I have few of my websites which were not running well until a few months ago, when I realized this fact, as soon as I did I made necessary changes to my schedule and made a special time in which I should be thinking of planning ahead for my varied business units. You must have come across a famous quote, “Rome was not built in a Day”, this particular sentence tries to deliver the message that nothing happens in just one day, it’s a gradual process, whether its failure or success, both happens with due planning for future. Big enterprises across nations are just not running on day to day scale, they have proof read plans to run their companies well in advance counting on inflationary measures, natural disasters, crashing of stocks, etc.

We cannot predict our future, so whatever line of business or industry you choose, its better that we see pros and cons at the very start so that when we face them unfortunately, you are ready to help yourself. Now if we are thinking from the blogging point of view, you will see so many websites and networks have crashed down, and there are no takers for them, what do you think might be the reason? Do you think they might not have put much efforts in to marketing them or optimizing their sites, when a person is headed out, he must have surely planned how things would happen but he lacks in one particular aspect that is planning ahead, if they might have planned well in advance in situations like the recent recessionary effects seen all around the globe then I feel they might have been saved. I have seen businesses come down to Nil positions because of the recent back lash in stocks trading, export and import industry, domestic trade, all because of one fundamental reason of RECESSION.

Fairly speaking, I never started with my blogs with the objective of making money, it was my passion for writing that bought me here, I love interacting with my readers and love to research on different topics to be posted here. It’s been 2 years now, I am continuously blogging and I see times have changed I have much larger of networks then I earlier did. There are times when I have very less number of visitors on my site but that doesn’t divert me from my goal and I keep planning ahead by writing my blogs on a regular basis and also joining social networks which would help me come up again from the down fall.

In blogging world, anything and everything is possible, you can earn handsome money in just one go or you can be criticized for your work. There are 2 aspects in this and I feel you can select on what side you want to be? Most of you’ll would select the first option and why not because it sounds very pleasant, you feel like you are a million bucks when you start earning at very young age. There are times when I get so tied up with my other businesses that I don’t get time to write blogs and there are no scheduled posts either at my end, I know well, the consequences of stale blogs over networks and what impression it would give to others on the network but as I often keep stating that “content is the king”, no one can rob you of this great talent. If you have worthy blogs, people will at least appreciate what you had written already other than criticizing you.

The world of blogging is very synonymous with the word consistency; you have to maintain your niche to stay ahead with due planning of what topics you would state next or any links you want to share with your users. Sometimes it so happens your readers want to hear more from you for a particular topic, then here I plan well in advance to write a continuous blog on earlier blog I have posted. Such are things which need attention and alert ness. Writing scheduled posts are the best means to avoid any discontinuation in putting fresh blogs each day. Plan well in advance for events you feel can have disastrous effects on your organization.

As a young entrepreneur you must have always dreamt of running a successful business enterprise but sometimes it so happens that luck just don’t seem to support you at the time you desperately need it, isn’t it? These are actually the trying times when just a good reference or credibility works and you don’t need anything else to prove your genes. Lots of businesses are done over Internet today, what do you think what is the secret behind them running so successful, at the time when running a simple business is difficult how do these people make money ($$$) over Internet? Well this is the question everyone is wondering including me, there had been times when I was totally new to Internet and the thing called “blogging” was way to far from me but see today I am a successful businessmen as well a blogger. Things don’t come to you, you have to search for things where you want to go and achieve your goals. Today in the article I am going to share with you a complete guide on entrepreneurship, how to put your company profile, company interviews, analysis and much more.

Blogging is all about content, specially the rich content, the “meaty” content as we call it, you have a place in people’s heart when you have attained a good level of credibility in social networks, people just don’t come to you blindly and read your blogs. You can reach the top level of bloggers through content, a content can merely make or wreck your life, believe me, it has happened to many people. there are so many blogging networks today, what makes them so successful, what makes them so wanted, and people wanting more of it, the common thing being the credibility, the content written in these sites are written by professionals in the field, if its relating to medicine then its written by a qualified doctor, if its relating to relationships then its written by counselor, etc.

Credibility doesn’t come easily just by putting a nice shop or a good profile over Internet, you have to earn it by being liked by people for your work and efforts that you take that will help them. Credibility is an important factor today in business or for that matter any Industry, it becomes all the more difficult when its young entrepreneurs like you there is so much of competition today and people always ready to spoil your name you have to be very careful while you are on networks. There is this long time misconception amongst people that only aged and experienced people in the field builds good credibility, but I deny, even at the age of 25 you have that power in you to build a good successful enterprise. Here I state my secrets that will help you build credibility in your business:

Believe in quality serving – may whatever you may be doing whether selling, servicing, advising, etc. give quality knowledge to people, through which people will remember you after some years or ages. Regardless of your age, building credibility is simple only when you serve quality product, people today want good quality clothing, good quality accessories obviously any one would want it for their hard earned money. Once when you serve quality to your customer its obvious they will start believing in you and writing positive reviews about your products or services, even while you are marketing your products through blogs, make sure your posts contains no offensive words and is useful to the readers. Consistently giving quality service and products to your readers and customers no sooner than you might have thought you will see you have good number of followers and you have good credibility in market.

For building credibility, this one is a must – Associating yourself to your industry leaders, in any field there is one giant of the industry who has good credibility of serving the best quality service and products, once when you associate with such leaders you also start gaining credibility in the market. In blogging, you can put guest posts on some larger blogs and invite these leaders on an exclusive interview on your blog, this will attract people to your blog. It’s a proven fact, that no big industrial leader would like to be associated with a young entrepreneur like you but you can make them wrong by proving yourself, showing your skill set and talent that is ready to roar. You can build your trust by writing quality guest posts on the site and profile them in depth about the business that you are doing, that is surely going to impress them given your age and the speed at which you are achieving success.

Some people may curse their age, being a big hindrance to their success positions in life, but you can take a big advantage of your age. At your age, there are not many entrepreneurs who have succeeded in their venture, many started off but gone in the middle, you can proceed ahead in the race to your advantage. You have seen newspapers and magazines which showcases talented people of any age or any genre, but how many times have you seen them publish young entrepreneurs? There are magazines which publish under 25 successful entrepreneurs, this you can use to your advantage. You can pitch your business blog by stating the details of the news coverage of yours and your business profile. There are real good chance, seeing your age and your achievements anyone would get interested in reading your blog further and would want to work with you, all the best!

One of the best and effective ways to building credibility is by staying ahead, LEAD your peers, by this I mean take up tasks at leadership positions that will give much attention and recognition for your work, make your followers a loyal followers and blend them the way you want them to work that will set a particular standard of your working style. You can join some leadership programs which will help you take up the stand easily in crowd and also encourage your peers to work in good and humble environment that will attract attention.

As I have stated in my earlier paragraph also, credibility just doesn’t come in one day, it takes months, even years, ages or decades, depending on your performance. You have to have dedication for your work and a passion for serving people which will make you loved amongst them.

Welcome to the 3rd and the last part of business with blogs, I have already shared with you the finest of tips and skills to run your business through blogs, in the last part I am detailing more about the posts that you will write for your blogs. The main criteria here being, you should establish a rhythm that will set your blogs get going, it doesn’t merely mean that you need to have a new and latest topic to discuss every time, in rhythm means you and your text should go in sync together that will interest your audience. If you are new to blogging, than I advice you to write 2 to 3 posts per week, getting started is never late and never too touch, as you become master in writing you will get hand of it.

If blogging is your niche then you shouldn’t aim for earnings through blogs by putting the ads and especially when you are solely marketing your business through that blogging network. Grow your own profile over blogs network, you can come out with your own success stories and strategies that people will follow or help them establish a good position in the market. There have been many a cases I have seen, that people nearly spoil their online business by putting ads just for few dollars, putting ads diverts the readers attention to other blogs or other companies. And knowingly or unknowingly you may be highlighting your own competitors and then you cannot stop all that happening in just one go. The biggest fear for a blogger are comments, may however finest of articles you write there is always some fear which grips everyone, what if a customer comes and starts damaging your goodwill through comments, now for this you can have comment moderation policy on your blog, its your blog and you will decide what people should be commenting on your texts. You can decide on varied policy rules somewhere in your blogs network that will alert the readers what they should be commenting.

Once you have posted your blog, don’t just sit idle watching the comments and waiting for orders to start pouring in, you ought to be interactive when you are online, it is one of the best ways you can get closer to your customers and know their requirements or solve problems. The same way as you encourage people to write comments you need to reply them too that will interest them more into your blog reads. Another thing is that how are you going to integrate your blog with your company website, its important that both are in sync so you will be better at addressing your audience they can view your company profile and see products online through the mentioned website. There are no specific rules to this but more or less it depends on your company objectives, in most cases, it should be normal to link your company website with the blogs network.

One commonest of challenges for new bloggers whether its connecting their business or freelancing is how to get people reading and get used to your blogs. The small step in the right direction will take you to bigger heights, revamp your existing profile over Internet, if any, or you can start posting your ads in other links and blogging networks. If you are planning to put the content of multiple blogs just through one channel, that may prove to be quite worthwhile, there are variety of posts a company can run on their sites depending on their company objectives, some of the key points included in the blog post to make it popular is by stating the products, highlighting the key staff members, CEO talks, announcing new products in product gallery, highlight the clients, tips on the ways to use products, FAQs, comments, etc. the list here is endless, its up to you to bring the finest of points of your company profile in front of your customers.

You can share your view points with me and suggest if you have really cool stuff that people should know.
