Playing a business host, is no easy task especially when you have all biggies joining in, in your business party or conferences. A lot of people keep complaining about how they did everything to persuade their, going to be clients and how it all failed in the end? If you look keenly in your own progress report you would easily know where you lacked behind, its not just myself telling you, even if you read big marketing books, or attend conferences telling you how to impress your clients you wont gain much out of them unless you truly dedicate your time in finding yourself as to what went wrong.
Today, with competition rising everywhere you cannot afford to make a single simple mistake as there are lots of others waiting in line to grab the contract, so the question here is, how do really present your business ideas in front of your investors that will satisfy them in investing in your project? Being a good influential personality is one of the characteristics that you need to possess if you really want to achieve something on in life. A person gets more interested in to doing business when he is impressed by your talks, and few words are all it requires to make your potential buyers in to actual buyers.
You need to create a filter of the words that are spoken out from your mouth that will highly be dependent upon persuading your client’s needs. You never know when someone might get interested in your talks and invest in your business. The end point is people should be caring for you and your business by making yourself more appealing and persuasive. Remember, when you are surrounded by the business biggies they are going to surround you with numerous questions so prepare yourself well to answer all of their queries with utter confidence and diligence.

Make a point to tell them why you are actually here and for what purpose you are doing a particular project and why you need their support. After you do explain them everything that you want to, there may be still some portion of people raising, “so what” type of questions, explain them interestingly and make them understand its importance and how it will profit them. Now, the last step is, “What Next?” - explain them the outcome if they are joining you and if they have any queries still, with the process.

You can portray varied concepts and ideas for your business with the help of the company website or through live chat programs. Use extra marketing efforts to get their attention in your business and ask them interactive questions in your blogs which would get you good number of replies and you would understand what they are looking for and may take measures to improve upon. Talk everything relating to business sense and portray yourself like a real professional (although you are already a professional, the point here is to impress them). If need be you can personally talk to them in conferences and get interactive even when you are strangers, you never know which conversation might just strike in a good going for healthy business relationship in the future.

Becoming rich might be a dream for almost anyone, but it’s not that easy as we think. It takes hard determination, passion, willingness, resources, knowledge and practicality to earn that standard in the society. I have come across so many people in life who have started from scratch who went on to become billionaires today and are becoming richer each passing day, it doesn’t take more than few qualities to achieve your life goals, the most important of all, EARNING MONEY. If you are thinking of making million dollars in just one shot then I think you must be doing any one of the following things:
- The first and foremost ingredient of being rich is Inheritance, if you have inherited wealth from your fore fathers, you automatically become rich. It is one of the easiest ways to get money in your kitty without any sheer hard work. But at the same time, if your family has nothing to give you, you loose out on all the wealth.
- The second prime important things to make money are your physical attributes, in the world of media – glamour and passion are important. If you have athletic look, are good at sports, attractive styling then you might enter the world of modeling that will help you make enough money.
- To start up something of your own, need knowledge about that particular field, if you have knowledge and are determined to achieve your targets it will help you make million bucks in just a few seconds, believe me. The high IQ helps you to be ahead of the race without a doubt!
- Money doesn’t grow on trees; you have put in efforts to earn that reputation and wealth in the market. You will only make money when you are willing to put that many efforts in earning money, do something different and win the match.
For some, the above methods might be easy, for some it might be difficult. There are some qualities an individual is good at and some they are bad at, but everybody has been gifted by some unique quality by God, I truly stand by this fact and I have confidence that even you can become rich by discovering that quality in you, which you are good at and find the path of making money.
Tips on Building Credibility

Credibility is the most important factor that matters in business today, I remember the days when I used to struggle convincing people for my business to invest in. A businessmen’s greatest asset is his Credibility which should be worn on shoulders each day before leaving for any scheduled meetings. The problems of credibility have been majorly faced by young entrepreneurs who are raring to go, but due to lack of finance they cannot extend their talents to a bigger level. Often times, we just get carried away by what normally people think but when we are talking about reputation I feel it really doesn’t matter whether you are in to business for 20 years or you are new to the business, if you have proper quality products to sell, good services, determination, customer satisfaction then I don’t find any reason that you are not credible in the market.
For young entrepreneurs, I just advice to brush off that mind block that, they cannot build credibility at young age. With your hard work and determination you can surely excel ahead of the race by providing good services to your customers and paying attention to customer feedback. There are some occasions where only experienced old guys’ wins the match of credibility may be because of the experience they have in the field but it’s not always the issue, even you can win by winning the confidence of your audience. There are some fields where only young entrepreneurs comes in to picture because of their different style of working, use of new technology, superior knowledge, etc. as times pass, the new generation brings in something new and better to give better comfort.
There are lots of ways through which you can build your credibility, it doesn’t matter whether you are young or old, your goal is to achieve and you can do that by providing quality work to your clients, you can associate yourself with great industrial leaders in your field. You can put across the latest methods and technology you use in manufacturing or designing in your company and this is the major point for differentiating the generation gap. Be a leader in your field and take confident decisions to be successful, it helps in building the credibility in market in industries. When a person is at a leadership position he is regarded as the one who is credible and the one who can take up tasks.
There are lots of other things which needs to be taken care of depending on your business type, it is just not one day which counts, it can take days, months and even years to achieve your targets and build a market reputation. It takes a good amount of effort and determination to win customer’s heart and be credible in the market. When you are selling, give quality products to your customers even if it means selling them at a cost price, win their respect and give them experience of a lifetime when they are dealing with you. The last and the best advice I want to share with you is not to get bogged by someone who look down on you doubting your ability only because you are young, I can only say you can take this as a challenge and excel ahead. Have enthusiasm in the work you do, and show this enthusiasm while dealing with your clients and give an excellent piece of work to remember for lifetime.
Being the Best Public Speaker You Can Be

Most all of us regard public speakers as being an expert when it comes to the topic of focus they are speaking on. Although it is not every day that an individual has the ability to enjoy an impressive high status as being a public speaker comparable to Oprah or Dr. Phil, there are, however, some beneficial steps that you can take to raise the authoritative claim that you hold on a specific topic of specialty.
The job of a motivational speaker requires that you are very serious about your job, as well as each of the duties that it withholds. There are numerous individuals who will be paying hard earned money for your services in teaching them valuable information on key issues of interest.
An aspiring keynote speaker should take the extra effort to educate themselves on important points that should be
delivered during each speech that they give. It is vital that a speaker is able to gain the undivided attention of prospective clients, as well as the attention of those who have booked seminars.
Key Points To Remember
- Provide reliable and current information. This is a very important aspect of giving any type of speech. Use the gift that you have been given as a public speaker with eloquent and informative words. Present your ideas, information, and examples, in a manner that is of the highest standard of quality.
- Do away with the basics. By following a step-by-step instruction format as if you are reading word for word from the pages of a book, is a good way to lose the interest of your entire audience, and quickly earn the title of a boring speaker. Since the whole idea is for you to present yourself and the knowledge that you hold in an well organized manner, while being able to hold the interest of an endless amount of prospective clients, being considered as a bore is not the best thing in the world that you can be considered. Marketing strategies that include the finesse sending a direct and interesting message about the exciting advantages that are in store for your audience is a point of focus to keep in mind during each speech or seminar you have booked. No matter how well your appearance may be, or how high the level of glamorized packaging, if you cannot back it up with valuable information individuals can effectively use, it ends up being useless material.
- Useful resources must be used. Your presentation should supply your audience with relevant resources that can be put to the test and used when they need or want to apply them. These resources must be extremely interesting, putting your audience on the edge of their seat, and wanting to hear more. Testimonials are often a useful tool that individuals enjoy hearing about. They give them a way to relate to others who have already applied the knowledge and information you have given them, ultimately benefiting them with the success they were looking to achieve. Providing your audience with relevant credentials that you have earned is also an important aspect of effective speaking that you will want to always include. Although this gives you a great chance to elaborate on your specific field of study, it is important not to get carried away.
- A confident appearance is essential. Prior to the seminar or speech that you plan to give, carefully choosing attire that matches the level of confidence that you hold is a benefit that will present the look of credibility. Always maintaining a professional and dressed for success appearance, is one of the most important aspects of a goal oriented and successful public speaker.
