How many of us duly pay attention to your first meetings with business colleagues, a long distant friend or a relative or going out for your first date? Some may be excited to meet someone after a long time, yet some might want to win a contract from a multinational company and yet some might want to marry a person they are dating for the first time. These people might hardly know, that whatever they speak or do or their actions are going to have a deep effect in further endeavors with the people they are meeting for the very first time, is this something they call as “Impressions”, if you are thinking alike like me, then you got it right. Your first impressions are only the means you can make your life for better, don’t we often see people trying their level best to set up everything right in their first meetings for something important to happen in their life and when they truly succeed in that, its all thanks to the first impressions that they made.

FIRST IMPRESSIONIt doesn’t matter if you carry a bad look in your 6th meeting with a person but you have to look stunning and be at your very best in your speech the 1st time, it’s a business rule or ethics you could say that does all the crafting. People don’t just say the great saying, “First Impression Is the Last Impression”, for the heck of it, it truly carries a weight, in fact a lots of weight when it comes to business communications or persuading your customer in buying your products or (take a wild guess) in blogging business (Blogging, does that surprise you?) blogging business is growing by the day, each day hundreds of blogs networks are launched world wide, there is so much competition around so don’t you feel the urge to be the best amongst the all and eat the pie. If your answer is yes to this, then the foremost things as I always say, create that first impression. There are varied methods you can follow to create ever lasting best impressions in front of your audience, if they don’t like your site at first, they shall never come back, so do your best to give them the best that they deserve.

  1. Design is the most important factors in your website; make your site look clutter free by not putting bigger fonts or pictures that will look ugly, make it look like a professional site.
  2. Blogging sites are meant to have ads, but don’t over do it so as to make it look full of ads, you can use the side bars, the top and bottom bars to put in your advertisements at the most.
  3. Write the best information you have, on your site also by using your creativity, attract your audience.
  4. Writing is just not the end thing for blogs, putting in some good pictures will help your readers take interest and might attract the attention of the site passer bys.
  5. Give the best hosting to your site and efficient running, put fresh content each day with loads of ideas and knowledge to share.
  6. Before setting out, you can do a trial check by asking your family or friends about the site and take inputs from them and change it accordingly.

The world of internet is so different from the real world still we keep doing things to make our lives for better, just to put that first impression in front of your takers. Some might not be serious especially with the reason that no one can see them for real over the net but your work is being seen by everybody globally. You might take internet for granted but remember this virtual world will help get you physical real money. So give your best for the first impressions!

Grow Your Business Through Reputation Management

I have come across so many people in my life, had so many acquaintances and so many people I dealt business with, I have found one truth to success that you got to have good Reputation in market to go ahead in life. Did I just say that the word “Business” gets so closer to the word “Reputation”, when we talk about any business partnerships or joint ventures, the first thing that comes in any one’s mind, is the person’s reputation, whether he carries good reputation in the market? In the business world, Reputation is all people ask for when signing the papers, if you don’t have good reputation how are you going to sell? When people buy products from you, they have expectations from you regarding the quality of the product, the use, the service, etc. if you have been doing business since last 5 years and are providing good customer service and quality products then its more likely your business will continue for more 50 years.

Grow Business Through ReputationAs they say, “First impression is the last impression”, while starting a business venture make sure to provide the best of services and quality products to your customers and continue with it forever. If you are really determined to make a strong hold in market, you have to come out with innovative ways to build a good reputation of your brand name in the market. Given below are some of the 3 best effective ways to build a good reputation for longer period:

  1. If you are a starter in business, then the best and quickest way to build reputation is through Parnerships, when you partner with good reputed firms, your company will gain same reputation and it would be easier for you to sell products in market. I know, its difficult to get large companies to partner with small firms but you can convince them of your skills and talent and also by taking lesser share they might agree to take you in. The end motive is to build reputation and not the money what you make.
  2. Another best way is to Associate yourself with well known people in the industry, when you get some famous well known personalities talking about your business, people are surely going to look up to you to partner with. You can get people to invest in your company, show them your skills by working hard and providing quality products to your end users. In such cases, networking helps, when you are part of a larger social network you can ask the well known persons to do a guest post on their blogs.
  3. Some people think that they can do all on their own and they don’t need anyone’s help but in real world, you need partners or professionals to work with. You can build your reputation through sharing ideas over different networks, when you share ideas with larger group of people online, the chances are they might suggest you a better way to do something. Start blogging, don’t just talk about your business but talk about matters people want to hear from you and in most of the cases you will see you will get comments or suggestions from people which will help you in your own business.

social-media-marketing

In taking advantage of using various networks for profitable Internet marketing such as StumbleUpon, Digg, and Facebook, you may begin to wonder where effective SEO enters into these areas of strategy. In doing so, you are not only able to benefit from a positive impact on these networks, but the areas of social media can also be very beneficial in giving the effort you have put into SEO a solid ground to build upon. How can the specific areas you target for SEO exposure and social media be brought to their fullest potential?

Are Title Tags Really That Important?

As the title tags and the header tags are the first impression that many users read about your site, you will want to provide optimized tags that are compelling and interesting so they are effective for reeling the reader in. As you use numbers, specifics, and names make sure you use powerful words that are descriptive. After all, grabbing a reader’s undivided attention is what you are aiming for with strategic social media titles.

Titles tags that are effective in gaining SEO exposure among search engines should include keywords that are popular and relevant to your specific site. It is also important to carefully consider the strategies you use in seeing that the keywords appear in the beginning of title tags.

Some individuals are faced with a dilemma of not knowing how to use tags that will achieve both of these tasks successfully – effective exposure in both the SEO and social media arena at the same time.

The Answer…

However impossible it may seem to some individuals, it is very possible to successfully achieve both and it is simply by performing two simple steps.

When you are writing content that you plan to place on networks such as Reddit, Twitter, Digg, or StumbleUpon, create a title that reaches out and grabs the attention of readers, even if it means a title that may be controversial or shocking. After you have accomplished a snazzy title you can then use the social media sites to promote your articles. Generally this results in a large amount of traffic, but almost always the popularity will begin to lessen over time.

This is your opportunity to change the article’s title tag into one that focuses on SEO using relevant and popular keywords. You will however want to leave the social media directed header tag alone so it can continue to snag search visitors who will want to read the content you have provided.

What Does This Tactic Achieve?

Once you have obtained traffic by creating enticing titles that are shared on the social media platform that do not always offer the most detailed and search friendly, you are able to maximize your efforts by performing the next step. Title tags that are changed can benefit in even more search traffic by making the addition of popular and descriptive keywords, which will also increase your rank with search engines. Do not make the mistake of shorting yourself on visitors you could benefit from in using this effective technique.

When one is writing a novel, blog or any article matter there are certain rules that has to be followed. These rules if followed will make your blog attractive and worth reading which means inspiring people to visit your blog regularly.

1. Go through what you have written:

It is necessary and most important to revise the content that you have elaborated. No article or writing is perfect on the first go. It’s a well known fact which even the most experienced writers follow. Revising does not mean correcting your article, it means what more you can add or make amendments and changes to make it more exclusive and innovative. While revising you should check that if you could amend it in fewer words because no one likes to read lengthy articles. The first impression of audience of seeing a lengthy article is that it’s going to be borring and they probably skip the blog. Other thing to be kept in mind is that it should be explanatory enough and that too in understandable language. You should also keep this in mind that how can you make your article effective. You can make your article effective by kicking in some examples, this will help the reader in understanding things better.

2. Proofreading:

It’s checking of spelling or grammar mistakes which one make while writing an article. Thou its not simple but not difficult too. The articles which are first written always contain some or the other mistakes which are need to be corrected before posting it in your blog. If you post it without reading it and then finding mistakes and correcting it again and again is not going to prove beneficial to you, As this practice gives a bad impression and also sites loose their efficiency because of which your site experiences less traffic. Less traffic means big loss, your ability and credibility comes at stakes.

3. Presentation of An Article:

Article should be well elaborated containing the beginning, middle and the end. Your writing should have an attractful beginning in such a way that it should hold the reader. If your beginning is effective only then your article will set a good impression on you readers. The middle body of an article should contain an effective information, facts or anything interesting so that the reader does not find your article boring and last is the end of an article. The end should be such that a reader sets in a best impression so that your readers opt for your site first. End of an article should have conclusions in it. All this give your article a best presentation and kicks in more traffic.

4. Changes are necessary:

Sometimes making amendments and changes are necessary as events keep on happening and the world keeps on changing. You should not restrict your self on making changes as this is a process which is need to be followed. You should not feel disgusted in changing your content because every change makes your article effective then before.

5. Revise:

Revision is must. I am stressing on revision again as this is the main rule to be followed. You have to revise again and again till your article achieves perfection. This is the key to attract your readers.
