Branding yourself or your company is not easy, it take efforts to make your mark in the industry by serving good quality products or services. When you want to create a brand in front of your users you are actually trying to engrain a certain image in their minds so that they will recollect it when they are out shopping in similar lines we are going to discuss few of such things to create your online brand. I have seen many users often changing their nick names or company names or creating 4 to 5 accounts in one single networking site, this is completely wrong, how can you expect people to remember you with different names and images every time they log in so make sure to start using the same user name and the profile picture in whatever social networks you register to.
Consistency is one thing you have to maintain if you are really keen on creating your brand image in front of your readers. If you are planning to use different services then stick by the same user name you did for the last site and also remember to use the same for your messengers too. This will help people remember you as some company they talked with last time and having the same email addresses as your user name gives an added benefit as it becomes easier to recollect it while mailing.
If you have selected to write name in particular style then stick by it, for example, if you write “ThriLLer” then make sure every time you type in your user name you type it in similar lines. By this I want to tell you that you have to maintain the alphabet consistency. Post the

same profile picture for the all the networking sites, if you have put some company logo then match it the same way in all of the profile networks. It is best advised to have your company logo as other users will remember the logo better than the face. Some networking site allows you to have your custom made template that will help to build your brand, so if you are creating some attractive template with company design logo at the back and also including some elements of your company this will give you an extra personality. The same template can be used for other networks that permit custom designs.
If you are the one always sending in emails it is best to format a good email signature so every time you send mails the signature is added automatically at the end of the mail. This will help you to be consistent in every email that steps out of your mailbox. Make your presence felt in all the networking platforms, the prime most important is having a proper website designed with a professional mail address. If you have just started off, then you need to learn a lots of things about networking, you can select your niche by deciding on the topic which you like the most and then proceed ahead with joining the similar networks that will help you develop your skills.

Internal Communications Strategy, a Must for any Organization!
Every big successful organization have some successful story running behind it, which is forever, like some company policies which are instant hit in one company may not work in another, its all about rules the company makes and how people follow them. No matter, how much ever big the organization if the company has a good set up of Internal communication amongst their employees, it will create positive environment at work. Communication leads to cooperation amongst the team players of the company, I understand, it becomes difficult to stay in touch with all the employees of a company, especially with the times like these where everyone is so busy with their work lives and social lives, some are busy traveling with work alongside while others are working from home, it gets difficult to communicate with everyone at just one go, nothing can match the feeling of a board room, isn’t it?
I have seen organizations break in to pieces just because of no proper internal communication and no guidelines to follow, its obvious, that employees will get distracted from their work due to no coordination between them. There are some very simple ways through which you can get all of your employees under one roof, even when they are situated at farthest of places from you, these are inexpensive and hardly takes any time for the setup. The best way is to stay connected through Internet, that is, having everyone online on messengers or using Skype is one of the best ways through which you can do video conferencing with all of your employees, talk to anyone personally, you can share data, project details, information, etc online with them in just no time. You can even use AIM for instant communication as this is another messenger very convenient and easy to use, there are many other ways through which you can share information like joining social networks like twitter, facebook, etc to stay in touch.
There are various techniques which can help you with effective internal communications in your organizations, you can set up micro-blogging networks for your company which is really helpful, your employees can have their individual accounts through which they can post short messages so that everybody in a company can see to each other’s messages and reply them too. Recently, I came across some company which had been using wordpress using P2 themes; P2 themes are extremely helpful to keep whole organization into one communication system. Through P2 you can put live communications, online editing, comments on the home page and lots more.
P2 is fast becoming popular amongst companies, it gets easy to collaborate with remote teams across the continents, many people use it for school projects, class work, etc.
Credibility Issues In Blogging Ads
The world of Internet has bought about a complete change in the way we did business, now you can do business with someone who is miles away from you, it doesn’t matter what business you are doing, you feel connected, and this is the magic! First came Internet era, then came websites, messengers, chatting, networking and now latest, the blogging craze. As much as blogging is popular today, with blogging there are lots of other perks too, you can advertise in your blogs, you can become popular, increase your networks of friends and so on. Blogging is just not a business today, it’s an unlimited business with unlimited money, yes, you heard it right, you can earn money just like having some currency printing machine at home. It’s finally all about the market credits for a blogger, today credibility doesn’t come easy to anyone, you have to be credible by putting in right inputs. Credibility had always played a big role in making your blogs popular, the more people come to your blogs, the more popular you become and the more they like reading or following you, you will be more creditable, it’s like a cycle which is never ending. Even while the blogging business is becoming huge these days, making money through blogs is even bigger a choice people are making because it has lots of perks attached to it.
We can well match the word blogging with “cashing”, people are cashing in great money by writing blogs, once you start your blogs you can put adsense banners which will get you income. People are coming with new innovative ideas to make their blogs look attractive and at the same time earning money too. The earlier blogging networks had nothing more than just few ads and written posts, today the scenario has changed, the simple look has been replaced by more smarter and sophisticated look with Adsense advertisements placed all over, dominating the headers, sidebars, footers, etc. its been now a long time I am into blogging, I have seen many ups and downs, issues, allegations, misconceptions relating to blogging industry, I wonder sometimes whether sponsorships really matters in blogging world? And that whether it really mattered in blogosphere?
There have been loads of debates raging over companies like ReviewMe and PayPerPost which allowed bloggers to generate income from blogging about company services and products. While these companies paying to bloggers was never an issue, it threatened the credibility of blogs relating to problems like transparency, disclosure, claims, etc. people insisted on having sponsored posts marked so that they don’t mislead the readers. In the world of blogging, you have to be a crowd puller, you don’t become credible in just one day, people like to follow leaders and read what they have to say so generate ideas and put them in a creative way that will attract traffic.
So if you want to earn few extra dollars than put in all those efforts today to become credible in blogging market. Once you have credibility with good market reputation, you will attract sponsors who will finance your projects. Be faithful to the blogs you are writing, if ever you come across writing such a stuff which will have conflict of interest, its best suggested to disclose everything. Once you disclose everything, there is no fear and so you can fully accept the sponsorships without sacrificing your credibility, the thumb rule you should follow is to write great content which are pleasing to read and do not offend anyone from whichever industry they belong to. Based on your content you will have good ranking in blogging networks.
