How To Motivate A Potential Buyer?

The markets are huge across the world and along with it comes huge competition, how does someone assure his buyer as to why he should buy the product from remaining brands in the market, the motivation and assurance is all it takes to convince your buyer that your product is the greatest in markets across the globe. There have been so many conference and meetings I attended to which were relating to marketing, leadership, global entrepreneurs meet and lots more, the one that strikes me or rather lets me excite is the confidence which speakers direct to their audience, you feel a real you and get motivated to such an extent that you want to start selling everything right way. Unless you have set targets for yourself and the discipline to sell it today and not tomorrow, you stand nowhere in the global competition.

Marketing has many disciplines, which you have to follow religiously to assure your buyers in to buying your own products. Some people do have misconceptions relating to marketing but it can be rectified as the person experiences the fault in his system. The most important of all the marketing tactics is to know the psychology of your buyers, this will help you find out what sentence would assure your buyer in to buying your products or services. You have to gather all the points, which makes your product better than any others in the market area. It pays when you give your best may be not now but at the end, as per my structural plans for marketing I have gathered 3 main keys that are surely going to be a great success. Just try them out and see if it increases your sells, they are 1) emotions, 2) teaching and 3) trust. Given below are some of the points that cover these 3 ingredients for a perfect marketing mix.

  • To the conferences I had been, I really give thumbs up to the speakers, with so much energy they speak as if they are selling themselves. It’s actually the inspiration they are pushing towards you, get inspired and start selling.
  • Use varied marketing techniques and use examples on personal front may be yours or your buyers, get them attached to the products emotionally.
  • Think of the quality of the products you are selling and not the quantity, focus mainly on “what” you can sell rather than “how much” you can sell. Some might deny with me, but for the new entrepreneurs it is the quality that they serve counts rather than the quantity.
  • Just talking to your customers will let you know about their likes and dislikes, assure them and you will find a person with emotional feelings will surely go for the product.
  • Let your customers know more about the product and fill them up with extra knowledge that you have, this is one trick – when you make them understand something, it will create more trust and there by more business.

    selling your products, you will have to create that confidence amongst your buyers by serving them the best quality products and services.

  • Sell your products through the trust that your customers or potential buyers make upon you, carry that trustworthy relation in further endeavors with them.
  • Combine all the elements that you can pitch for your sales and remember the keyword trust is all that counts for a lasting relationship.

All the concepts that I stated above are interconnected so if you miss out on one particular ingredient you have to cover up the loss in another one, have the aim of not losing your customers by any chance.

Motivation plays very important role in organization especially when the individuals are go-getters in their respective fields. Its quite a tedious task for some but for a person who knows what he should be expecting from his team or what ideally he should be getting from his team well knows how to bring that motivational power in his team. Motivation is the driving force which always prompts you to take necessary actions.

Since years people have been finding ways to try deciding factors which will increase their company’s productivity, but how do one accomplish this objective, there are factors like pay scale, other fringe benefits and working conditions that play a major role in increasing the productivity of the company unless these conditions are proper the employees of the company wouldn’t be much motivated to give to their fullest capabilities. These factors are important from short term point of view, there are factors which are of long range effects, these are the recognition to your employees for the jobs well done, the growth in the company, the challenges which they face, the participation, their sense of achievement, identification of company’s vision and goals.

There are many such factors which matters in running a company successfully, still leaders and managers of companies keep finding ways which will motivate their employees through incentives. Some managers might think the fear factor as the best way for motivating their employees but they fail to understand that fear brings negativity and through fear they might do overtime but that will decrease their quality, commitment and also the productivity levels. The fear in employees is good motivating factor but it doesn’t work for longer run as employees develop attitude towards their work and also it doesn’t yield any good positive signs of productivity. If we count on incentive, then that might be a good positive motivating factor for employees and they will try to give their best in achieving their targets. But sometimes monetary motivation to employees may yield diminishing returns, as every time employee gets good compensation, they expect it every time and also there is disconnect and miscommunication between the employees and employer regarding the pay scale. And as time passes on, the employees start expecting more prestige, power, growth, respect and knowledge of the things which are much higher than actually what they should be getting, these are some of the things that governs their motivation internally.

  3. If you are a manager then compliment each of your weekly reports that will encourage your employees to do more.
  4. You can also go on to develop employee retention which may be the primary objective of all the managers in the organizations and don’t forget to reward them every time they achieve their objectives.
  5. For expertise, ask your employees for suggestions or advice, they might be the best people to give you suggestions then professionals.
  6. For goal setting of your department, you can invite employees from all the level of the company and also in planning different processes which will give you good results.
  7. You can let each of your employee what you expect out of them and you can make arrangements for the things that will make them successful in their work.
  8. If you are truly a manager of your cadre then you can implement the servant leader approach which means be ready for your employees rather than they being there for you,
  9. In an organization, its really necessary to treat everyone with utter respect and dignity, no employee should be offended by anyone or anything.
  10. Be there to support your employees and back their decisions every time the need be.
  11. If your employees make any sort of mistakes then encourage them the next to learn from their mistakes and excel ahead.
  12. Listening carefully to what your employees has to say makes a lot of difference as it will avoid miscommunication and also your employees will feel the importance given and that will motivate them indirectly, also take interests in opinions or concerns by the other people in the department.

There are so many discourses being held everywhere around the world for motivating people, motivation as in various aspects of life, some people want their employees to stay motivated towards their work, yet some want their children motivated for studies, some want to stay motivated for that lean shaped body, etc. different people have different priorities in life and so they motivate themselves in that particular field. Motivation comes from within, of some inner desire which a person wants to achieve in their life and if they are truly longing to achieve it they will surely be motivated for that particular thing to achieve.               The pleasurable things in life always comes through hard work so when you choose motivation remember that you are moving away from pain or moving towards the pleasures, you might well question yourself that you need to be motivated if you have nothing to gain or nothing to loose.

                1. Identify the things where you will gain by doing your tasks at work and what all things you can loose by not doing it.
                2. When you say yes to something, it’s obvious that you are denying or saying no to something else in life. This you are actually inviting procrastination, so avoid doing that and see what is important.

                  Do you fear failure?

                  We have seen people fearing before actually doing their tasks, why does this phenomena occur there are many reasons attached to this, it could be the fair of failing, or disrespect or humiliation, etc. we are capable of doing so many things in life, but we end up doing some mainly because we fear failure, what if that task is not perceived completely, etc. such questions keep haunting us.

                    1. Find yourself a mentor, the person which you can follow the path of achievement rather than fearing, taking cues and examples will help you achieve your goals without any fears. Someone has done it so you know even you will succeed if you do the same.
