Branding yourself or your company is not easy, it take efforts to make your mark in the industry by serving good quality products or services. When you want to create a brand in front of your users you are actually trying to engrain a certain image in their minds so that they will recollect it when they are out shopping in similar lines we are going to discuss few of such things to create your online brand. I have seen many users often changing their nick names or company names or creating 4 to 5 accounts in one single networking site, this is completely wrong, how can you expect people to remember you with different names and images every time they log in so make sure to start using the same user name and the profile picture in whatever social networks you register to.

Consistency is one thing you have to maintain if you are really keen on creating your brand image in front of your readers. If you are planning to use different services then stick by the same user name you did for the last site and also remember to use the same for your messengers too. This will help people remember you as some company they talked with last time and having the same email addresses as your user name gives an added benefit as it becomes easier to recollect it while mailing.

If you have selected to write name in particular style then stick by it, for example, if you write “ThriLLer” then make sure every time you type in your user name you type it in similar lines. By this I want to tell you that you have to maintain the alphabet consistency. Post the

same profile picture for the all the networking sites, if you have put some company logo then match it the same way in all of the profile networks. It is best advised to have your company logo as other users will remember the logo better than the face. Some networking site allows you to have your custom made template that will help to build your brand, so if you are creating some attractive template with company design logo at the back and also including some elements of your company this will give you an extra personality. The same template can be used for other networks that permit custom designs.

If you are the one always sending in emails it is best to format a good email signature so every time you send mails the signature is added automatically at the end of the mail. This will help you to be consistent in every email that steps out of your mailbox. Make your presence felt in all the networking platforms, the prime most important is having a proper website designed with a professional mail address. If you have just started off, then you need to learn a lots of things about networking, you can select your niche by deciding on the topic which you like the most and then proceed ahead with joining the similar networks that will help you develop your skills.

Everybody starts business with the aim of making profits and not all of them succeed in their first endeavors, for some business may be a dream and they achieve their dreams while for some its just an idea which they try if they are successful in it. I have in my experiences noticed one aspect for the people who succeed in whatever they do, is it a sheer hard work or the luck factor that works? You might well say it’s the combination of both, but I would say its 100% on the work that you put in to achieve your goals. According to me, sometimes it’s just the peer pressure that drags you in this game of online business. Your partner makes his business online so do you feel the urge to do the same although you might have nil knowledge about it but you still do it but it is not going to be successful unless you make any efforts to do SEO for your site or join some social networks or get some interaction going with people, no one is going to come to your site like that. You have to have full knowledge of the field you are entering in to, once you are starting your blogging business there are few things the bloggers keep in mind like updating the page of its fresh content on a daily basis, joining social networks, commenting on the sites, replying to the comments, etc.

Success occurs only when a person has given 100% percent to it, if you set up everything, hold the online staff, kept the best of products in your online business store but unless you advertise your products who will come to your online store. Its fact that you can reach much wider audience through online store but its not going to make any point if you cant reach out to people. Here are few of the things or reasons that might be an add on factors which will lead to business failure:

Some people try making money out of something they are totally unaware about, as I mentioned earlier too, people see if someone is doing and making good money out of it then why not I also do the same even if he has no knowledge about it. When you do something without any ground knowledge or research, you are surely going to fail in your endeavor. If you are serious of making money through it then give your best attempts and make sure you know how to play the game.

Businesses are developed on some planning, and that planning and creativity needs lots of passion and interaction amongst the team players, if you lag in this than you stand nowhere in the competition. To be good and best at things you have to create that passion and money will pour in automatically.

Have a determined nature to achieve what you want to achieve in life, be confident in whatever field you may want to excel but do it whole heartedly. Stay by your decisions and don’t change them often, if you are having hard time then have patience and troubles will get solved automatically. If you want success then you will have to overcome the stepping-stone to the path of success, nothing comes easy, give your hard work and yield the fruits later.

Grab the best of knowledge you can to start with your online business, don’t leave a stone unturned to start with your business, if you are truly determined to make it big in this niche then you will have to search the path yourself. Having base knowledge about the field you are working in is important especially when you are just starting the business, as you progress ahead you will gain more knowledge.

You have to be a fighter if you truly want to achieve success in life, if you feel something is going wrong then take steady steps to improve upon it without further delays, which can worsen the situation. Believe in yourself and excel ahead.

Internal Communications Strategy, a Must for any Organization!

Every big successful organization have some successful story running behind it, which is forever, like some company policies which are instant hit in one company may not work in another, its all about rules the company makes and how people follow them. No matter, how much ever big the organization if the company has a good set up of Internal communication amongst their employees, it will create positive environment at work. Communication leads to cooperation amongst the team players of the company, I understand, it becomes difficult to stay in touch with all the employees of a company, especially with the times like these where everyone is so busy with their work lives and social lives, some are busy traveling with work alongside while others are working from home, it gets difficult to communicate with everyone at just one go, nothing can match the feeling of a board room, isn’t it?

I have seen organizations break in to pieces just because of no proper internal communication and no guidelines to follow, its obvious, that employees will get distracted from their work due to no coordination between them. There are some very simple ways through which you can get all of your employees under one roof, even when they are situated at farthest of places from you, these are inexpensive and hardly takes any time for the setup. The best way is to stay connected through Internet, that is, having everyone online on messengers or using Skype is one of the best ways through which you can do video conferencing with all of your employees, talk to anyone personally, you can share data, project details, information, etc online with them in just no time. You can even use AIM for instant communication as this is another messenger very convenient and easy to use, there are many other ways through which you can share information like joining social networks like twitter, facebook, etc to stay in touch.

There are various techniques which can help you with effective internal communications in your organizations, you can set up micro-blogging networks for your company which is really helpful, your employees can have their individual accounts through which they can post short messages so that everybody in a company can see to each other’s messages and reply them too. Recently, I came across some company which had been using wordpress using P2 themes; P2 themes are extremely helpful to keep whole organization into one communication system. Through P2 you can put live communications, online editing, comments on the home page and lots more.

P2 is fast becoming popular amongst companies, it gets easy to collaborate with remote teams across the continents, many people use it for school projects, class work, etc.

As a young entrepreneur you must have always dreamt of running a successful business enterprise but sometimes it so happens that luck just don’t seem to support you at the time you desperately need it, isn’t it? These are actually the trying times when just a good reference or credibility works and you don’t need anything else to prove your genes. Lots of businesses are done over Internet today, what do you think what is the secret behind them running so successful, at the time when running a simple business is difficult how do these people make money ($$$) over Internet? Well this is the question everyone is wondering including me, there had been times when I was totally new to Internet and the thing called “blogging” was way to far from me but see today I am a successful businessmen as well a blogger. Things don’t come to you, you have to search for things where you want to go and achieve your goals. Today in the article I am going to share with you a complete guide on entrepreneurship, how to put your company profile, company interviews, analysis and much more.

Blogging is all about content, specially the rich content, the “meaty” content as we call it, you have a place in people’s heart when you have attained a good level of credibility in social networks, people just don’t come to you blindly and read your blogs. You can reach the top level of bloggers through content, a content can merely make or wreck your life, believe me, it has happened to many people. there are so many blogging networks today, what makes them so successful, what makes them so wanted, and people wanting more of it, the common thing being the credibility, the content written in these sites are written by professionals in the field, if its relating to medicine then its written by a qualified doctor, if its relating to relationships then its written by counselor, etc.

Credibility doesn’t come easily just by putting a nice shop or a good profile over Internet, you have to earn it by being liked by people for your work and efforts that you take that will help them. Credibility is an important factor today in business or for that matter any Industry, it becomes all the more difficult when its young entrepreneurs like you there is so much of competition today and people always ready to spoil your name you have to be very careful while you are on networks. There is this long time misconception amongst people that only aged and experienced people in the field builds good credibility, but I deny, even at the age of 25 you have that power in you to build a good successful enterprise. Here I state my secrets that will help you build credibility in your business:

Believe in quality serving – may whatever you may be doing whether selling, servicing, advising, etc. give quality knowledge to people, through which people will remember you after some years or ages. Regardless of your age, building credibility is simple only when you serve quality product, people today want good quality clothing, good quality accessories obviously any one would want it for their hard earned money. Once when you serve quality to your customer its obvious they will start believing in you and writing positive reviews about your products or services, even while you are marketing your products through blogs, make sure your posts contains no offensive words and is useful to the readers. Consistently giving quality service and products to your readers and customers no sooner than you might have thought you will see you have good number of followers and you have good credibility in market.

For building credibility, this one is a must – Associating yourself to your industry leaders, in any field there is one giant of the industry who has good credibility of serving the best quality service and products, once when you associate with such leaders you also start gaining credibility in the market. In blogging, you can put guest posts on some larger blogs and invite these leaders on an exclusive interview on your blog, this will attract people to your blog. It’s a proven fact, that no big industrial leader would like to be associated with a young entrepreneur like you but you can make them wrong by proving yourself, showing your skill set and talent that is ready to roar. You can build your trust by writing quality guest posts on the site and profile them in depth about the business that you are doing, that is surely going to impress them given your age and the speed at which you are achieving success.

Some people may curse their age, being a big hindrance to their success positions in life, but you can take a big advantage of your age. At your age, there are not many entrepreneurs who have succeeded in their venture, many started off but gone in the middle, you can proceed ahead in the race to your advantage. You have seen newspapers and magazines which showcases talented people of any age or any genre, but how many times have you seen them publish young entrepreneurs? There are magazines which publish under 25 successful entrepreneurs, this you can use to your advantage. You can pitch your business blog by stating the details of the news coverage of yours and your business profile. There are real good chance, seeing your age and your achievements anyone would get interested in reading your blog further and would want to work with you, all the best!

One of the best and effective ways to building credibility is by staying ahead, LEAD your peers, by this I mean take up tasks at leadership positions that will give much attention and recognition for your work, make your followers a loyal followers and blend them the way you want them to work that will set a particular standard of your working style. You can join some leadership programs which will help you take up the stand easily in crowd and also encourage your peers to work in good and humble environment that will attract attention.

As I have stated in my earlier paragraph also, credibility just doesn’t come in one day, it takes months, even years, ages or decades, depending on your performance. You have to have dedication for your work and a passion for serving people which will make you loved amongst them.

Most of the business today happens over Internet whether you are buying, selling, marketing, attending an online conference or showing a presentation to your client, internet has bought us so much closer than we initially thought of. While most of the blogging networks I have seen in my life talk about how to earn money online and other things relating to blogging business, I know it’s a vast field and can help people to become popular, write their thoughts and at the same time earning money too. When you start with your own blog posts you don’t get returns immediately and can’t expect to start earning from day 1, it’s a slow process as you write contents which interest people, more people will come over your blogs and read them. Similar is the case with blogs for business too, I am not going give you any false perceptions that you will earn loads of money by entering into blogging business, its after all depends on how passionate you are in attracting your audience.

Now marketing is one thing which can be done, anywhere, anyhow in whatever circumstance, you can market your products through tele-marketing, meeting personally, writing mails and the latest happening through blogs.

Have you ever wondered how often do we gel with people you have just acquainted with or how close you have become to a colleague through just one acquaintance, its all in mind we want to be surrounded and be with people we are comfortable with, the people who will understand your thoughts, your feelings and also support you when the need be. As it is rightly said in this famous quote that, “Birds of the same feather flock together”, the great writings like this doesn’t emerge in just one day, they built up with experience and due knowledge in the field by scholars of yesteryears.

There are bloggers who just go about writing and try connecting to people over different social networks but they fail to understand that they can nearly take advantage of this phenomena and make more people coming to their blogs. It just doesn’t happen with you writing stuff, you have to create great powerful ideas so that people get attracted towards your blog and also take interest in reading them. Your ideas are your main weapons through which you can persuade your audience in to agreeing with your ideas and reading them further. So now lets a take brief look as to what Ideas mean.

Ideas are what we are made up of, they are our personal philosophies, you don’t go to anyone for seeking ideas, ideas just emerge in your minds which are fine tuned in brains, and they are made up of our very own views, opinions and beliefs. Our ideas are mostly based on our life’s experiences and the relationships which we maintain, they are basically the memories left in our mind of all the past experiences of life, the experiences and acquaintances of past is what makes our own idea and the thinking matter.

As it rightly said by Victor Schwab that the mind is a montage of impressions, bromidic wall sentiments, generalities and sentiments, to make it more simpler take the case of the idea of branded goods, while you are saving in on your money what is the best way to ignore buying branded stuff, it may be done through the talk that “money is wasted buying branded goods”. So you may make your opinion accordingly and a good idea to not buy branded stuff there by saving on your money.

Some people who are crazy about brands may like buying only branded stuff, they may opinionate that spending money on brands are a good use of money, this is the time when people disagree with each other for different view points and then comes dislike for each other, but if opinions match of both the parties then the parties might appear as like minded individuals and there would be no disagreements. It is commonly seen that when we are searching for some important information you might first go asking to the people who you trust the most, or the people who are experts in the field. But its after all a human tendency to go and attend to people whom we trust or rely on the most, reliability upon another person comes when they think likewise, the philosophies of people which are aligned in the same directions or the ideas and visions match.

We start trusting individuals when through some experience you might have gained or felt nice or not cheated, the feeling of trusteeship comes by associating with different types of people whose ideas we already like and resonate with. Take the example of Michael Masterson, who is a successful business with $300 million fortune, states that all we people want to get is to understand to get a way of life which is meaningful to us, everybody has the idea of how actually the world should be and what it is.

You may go for shopping for hundreds of products, and see thousands of products for that, but you will finally buy the product whose viewpoint coincides with what the mental block of that product we have prepared in our minds. And if you happen to find a person who will explain you of the methods to run the world there are mostly the chances of you sticking to that person’s view points forever. The same type of phenomena also applies to blog readers, people come and visit your blog out of curiosity to learn more about the lines in the linked pages, they come only with the trust factor that they agree to your opinions written in the blogs. The main reason behind this is that they mostly agree with your viewpoints and connect well to your language and power of writing. Let me give you a nice example that will illustrate it further more better, say you are a regular reader of John chow’s blog and you also follow him on twitter, he might have thousands of subscribers too who love reading his lines guiding them to the true path of life.

Most of us who are regular readers know this already and most of you would agree to John’s idea that you should blog about the things that you are really passionate about, we feel so connected to that person because it shows in his/her writings. Once you get connected to the person, you start trusting that person and they become your regular readers, there may be possibility that some people may not agree to your idea and would not like to trust you and so next time they will not come to your blog to read your articles.

Sometimes you hear logical reasons from people when you ask them why visit so and so’s blog, they will have number of reasons to say, that the information is great, they feel connected to the person writing the blog, they relate their stories to the story given in blog, etc. human beings are irrational and get emotional often we have seen marketers experience this often. People visit blogs which are more subjective in nature, we might not realize this but indirectly we agree to the blogger’s ideas, their opinions, their views and their beliefs. Below given are some of the things that you can keep in mind and start doing:

Share your ideas with others and give views or opinions to others regarding whatever you feel about a particular thing. When you are giving information over the blog make sure that you state your views, also don’t forget to include the ideas about particular topic you strongly feel about. Start giving straight opinions regarding a particular topic without feeling anything, follow your mind and speak out. when you give out strong opinions over the site they become your pillars of support.

Along with the blogs that you write you can also include some short stories relating to you over the blog that would make your blog really special because it has your personal touch. May whatever you might be writing about, make sure to add a little personal touch by including your little stories of your ideas or experiences or dealings in the past, we know that people love to read ideas or stories, so you go ahead in writing and let them enjoy your stories.

When people disagree with you on some point, don’t apologize for the same as you have written what you believe in. whenever you say people disagree with you or have negative feelings about you then you got to celebrate as per John Chow’s advice, whenever people go against you remember that you are doing great job for this reason they want to stop you.

When you have respect for yourself and you thoroughly believe in what you write then it should not make any sense to you whether people might speak positive or negative about you. Don’t be of double-minded stay on one particular thing you believe in and state it on your blog without any fears, don’t become weak by anyone’s opinion stay by the truth that you believe and if possible make them agree to your point of view by giving an example which they will like and which relates to them. Don’t ever make them feel about your wavering opinion instead be confident and face everything straight from hear.

There could be similar like minded individuals like that of your, these are the people who feel connected to you and they feel so close to you because of your statements in the blog. These people will focus on your opinions and you will get good attention from them.
