Content creation is something you should never ignore
There are times, I must admit, when I am writing this blog and a thousand other things are preying on my mind and demanding my attention and content creation is the last thing on my mind, the last thing I want to do. Take for instance the dilemma of a blogger that is inundated with questions and requests from his readers to the point that his time is left answering queries and not actually writing anything new at all. Just what do you do when your mental inbox is full and the last thing you want to do is write anything?

What’s worse is there is a certain pressure with growing a blog that is still in its infancy. There are certain demands and it is like a baby that is growing; it has certain needs and requirements, and just as a baby needs to be taken care of and fed, so too a blog requires that its creators consistently keep at content creation to keep the blog alive. Once a blog dies off, it is very hard to revive it. Let’s take the example of the blogger flooded with questions from readers. What’s stopping him from turning that line of questioning into a blog post? Clearly, there is interest in whatever the subject of the question is. And it isn’t that that hard to simply say that there will be others interested in it too. So that line of questioning can be used as cannon fodder for content creation. There’s nothing to stop you from doing just that.
Take a different approach to content creation from time to time and it will certainly help to keep you fresh. Perhaps you can link back to other blog posts, connect with fellow bloggers and get them to write guest posts. Maybe at other times you could simply do a video blog post. The options are all there before you, and you can make of it whatever you will. By taking a different approach each time, you will not only keep your mind fresh, but you are also likelier to keep your readers more interested as the focus and style of your message delivery change.

Tips for writing a blog post
Do You Write Systematic Blogs? – Tips for writing a blog post
Blogs could be many, but what differentiates those which make heads turn than those who do not? We see blogs with so much popularity while others lag behind on the last pages, what X factor is it that makes these blogs kick in public minds? Are you anything sort of a self-disciplines person, do you take responsibility in every thing you do? Then you need not struggle much to make your blog popular over the social networks. I am a freelancer and I do variety of businesses, but that doesn’t stop me from writing a perfect blog, a blog which is successful and powerful. I handle everything with so much ease but what makes my work kick over internet, I keep on writing time and again to maintain that edge over other blogs not just to be popular but something that people will gain from, something that they want to read, etc.
I tried hard and hard to get as much information possible for my blog then one day I suddenly felt is it my passion of writing blogs or is it just vitamin M, well by that I mean Money! Initially when I headed out, I had no intention of making money or perhaps would never want to, I learned from lots of professional gurus what they are trying to portray over Internet, some are real freaks yet some give you knowledge to make money while other some may give you a genuine piece of advice. Initially, I was under the impression that these people work real hard to gain the position that they are on today, I thought that God may bless me with the same luck some day. It was the day that I started writing blogs I realized one very important thing that changed the total outlook of my work, I realized blogging needs a good time and it requires planning and the blogs which I wrote consumed lots of my time and it also required the same dedication that I give for my company so there was a turning point where I thought of blogging as a serious business.

The way infantry business needs nurturing, dedication and planning (NDP), the same way even blogs requires NDP. It is the time you start realizing how you can take your business to super heights by simple dedication and planning. Blogs are up to you, the better you are of use to people, the greater you would become popular and better your business grow if you are SYSTEMATIC in it. I am more than eager to tell you how you can systematize your blogs and make maximum advantage of time, process and growth control techniques in your business:
- Keeping a post scheduled blogs in your computer are a great relief, believe me, especially when you are always running short of time. There are varied social networking sites which details the advantages of post scheduling, imagine yourself at a very busy position in the office and you are writing fresh blogs each day, one day so happens that you skip writing because of office work load, now who is going to write it, and how are people going to read something new today so post scheduling comes handy during such circumstances where your blog site gets fresh content daily and your calendar reminds you if you miss one. This is the great way to manage your work life and blogging life, you don’t miss it so shall your readers.
- You need to plan out your work time and play time on your computer, once you are done with that, you are ready to write your daily schedule for blogs. We as humans have varied habits like you sit for work but start playing online games, checking emails, just a reason not to start writing a blog, similar is the case with me too. When you plan your work time and play time you tend to differentiate and are more responsible towards writing fresh blogs each time. After I planned my work and everything, I have seen I spend less time on computers and don’t have any pending work on my desk too that gives me lots of time to spend with my family, as I call it “quality time”. It’s rare to find such times during present trying times, but its my luck and good planning that I have loads of time to do whatever I wish in a day.
- You need to filter your communication skills; this is one philosophy you should religiously follow before you post your blogs. As you start your blog, you know there would be hundreds of readers reading your item, other fellow blogger also may take interest in your blogs and they may even popularize it in their own blogs provided you maintain good quality and checking whether your communication is OKAY with the readers. You can ask your readers to comment, even post on forums and even emailing helps to find out how your readers feel about your communication to them. There are times when you get so much tied up with everything that you cannot improve on one single thing that is when I started my own system to keep communication in check, when I write comment on any topic, I bookmark the page under “threads” folder. This way I save them for my further reference during the day and subscribing help me to get immediate details on any comments.
- As mentioned by me earlier, the need and importance of running your business by maintaining the edge over other competitors, you have to create a niche for yourself in your business communities by writing attractively. Be professional in your written words and if you are looking for any extra support you can use services from varied networking sites like twitter and search engines, they offer google alerts and hashtags which will help you. There are many ways through which you can become popular in social communities by being active and giving immediate response to comments.
- The blogs that you write largely depends on your schedule, I dedicate good time in writing blogs and that too at specific time. Normally I plan to write at least 2 blogs per day and at proper scheduled time, I don’t get easily distracted when I have my writing plans. Mornings are best as your mind is fresh and you can collect good information on what you want to write, your creativity is at utter best in the mornings so plan to write your posts during mornings. Build a habit through which you can live with, having a habit will schedule your time to write automatically.
The term which I used earlier about writing blogs systematically doesn’t necessarily mean that all is automatic, what I want to portray here is when a particular blog is posted (in systematic terms) it means that when its executed it should provide a welcome hand in your business procedures. When you write a systematic blog it directly hits the target that is when you have really started working on your blogs. For writing blogs you have to come up with some original content which people would take interest in reading, your content has to be something which we call “out of the box” make it great by using your creativity and talent.
You can put your thoughts systematically by writing blogs, there is one more advantage to writing that you can free your mind out of all the clutter it has been burying inside, by this I don’t mean you should vent out your anger or frustration, through writing blogs you would be more clearer about things you always wanted to put forward in front of the people, such exercise will surely help you build tasks for your business and invent original ideas. By writing all this I hope I have created some space inside your hearts as to what you will be writing a “Systematic blog” next time and get going on your systems to work on.
Blog Posts – Timely or Scheduled Posts?
Dig deeper in what posts you write, TIMELY OR SCHEDULED POSTS?
Writing blogs is no easy task as you need to be very perfect about the knowledge that you are writing and it should be capable of attracting the reader’s mind. Balancing between work life and blogging life is quite a challenge as you have to dedicate thoroughly to the time that you are writing blogs. Blogging is all about experiencing and the things that you have already experienced in your life which you are sharing with your friends and readers online. Pre-written and scheduled posts over the blogging networks are always a good choice as they are ready to be posted any time and there is no kind of urgency. In my career I have experienced the hiccups I got while writing some timely posts it nearly used to make me restless with so much of urgency and orders from upper management, although now I am my own boss but writing nearly takes some peaceful time it doesn’t happens instantly as we think.
If you want to keep your blogging network live and kicking then you have to push in fresh content each day, and if possible may be more than 1 blog per day that will make your readers interested in your content, what better option we have then getting scheduled posts and pre-written content that is so much of advantage. There are many ways in which you can take out time to write quality content just taking out few hours daily, even it means an hour or 2 make sure that you are solely dedicated and concentrating on what you are writing. Monday is the day I solely call a writing day, its that time of the week when my mind is free of all tensions of the office, I set out on writing in the mornings till late afternoons I dedicate almost like 4 to 5 hours just writing, mornings give me an added idea the points I don’t want to miss out on. You can do the same by trying to write in the mornings, set your inner goals of writing particular number of articles each day, set your targets of 3 daily and slowly increase as you get the hand of it, make sure to write meaty articles that will make your readers interested.

As I said setting your targets just for one day helps throughout the week, pre written content is always helpful, I use the posts which I have written on Monday to post each day of the week that will give a fresh look to my posts daily. I post them as per the scheduled time that is just after midnight that will encourage early reading amongst the readers. Generally dedicating just one day per week is good so that later time of the week you are relaxed and you can better concentrate on other chores, as you start writing in the mornings you will get fresh ideas and wouldn’t get distracted. Its not just the content which I write on Mondays sets my time table to post during the whole week, sometimes in the middle of the week I do like to add some spicy comments or may be some article or links that will help others, you too can do the same that will encourage more people to come over your blogs. You can supplement your blog with Q&A, links, breaking news, reader discussion panels, other blogging networks, etc.
Most of the time we see on blogging networks, blogs are more time bound as per the given situation where one is going through something, may be an experience, or a lesson, or learning, etc. these are timely posts which do not require any pre written or scheduled posts, they are written on the spot. Some posts do require a peace time to be written where as some are such which instantly comes out and are one of the best, being aggressive is one feature you can vent out everything and people do take interest in reading the language you are writing, but never offend anyone please.
There are few blogs in which you can put suitably best combination of a timely posts as well as pre-written, it might sound like a weird thing some might put it as foolish but as per my experience I can state that it really depends on what type of blog you are raring to write and develop. Some blogs might attract more attention than others because the blog talks more on sensitive issue or may be a subject of national issue. Well, my intentions here are to put straight the “how to” of content writing I put the contents which are relevant, more specific and up to the mark most of the time you will see the scheduled posts which we write gives us an advantage where you don’t have time to put back some fresh content over the site. You can discuss with your readers about varied current issues pending, their take on some political event, or some celebrity death or anything.
Write the content which is very relevant to the topic you are writing on, don’t divert from your main topic, discuss the “tips” and “how to” always that will help your readers to gain knowledge and let them keep coming back to you to hear more of it. There are blogs which contain sensitive issue, take note to write them as solemnly as you could keep in mind not to offend anyone by name, caste, religion, creed or profession. You can put in some experiences, the things you feel about and moreover how you can contribute for a cause, this way you can win people’s heart not just for publicity but truly. I just want to state at the end of my writing, that there are no specific rules to write blogs, you have to be serious while writing it and take responsibility of your written text. Your blog is your own and you can do whatever you like on your blog, if you are a new breaker, then wreck it, write timely posts and post it over the sites and get spontaneous response.
